Central Guildford location with parking. Clean. Relatively spacious. Beds comfortable. Great TV.

Very basic decor (the abundant wood chip wallpaper and the lampshades reminded us of our student days in the 1970s!) Apart from the kitchen there were too few power sockets - we were worried about potential electricity overloads because of the extensive use of extension leads. Poor lighting.

Schon bei der Buchung war es absurd, vom Unterkunftgeber eine Liste mit unzähligen Punkten zu erhalten, wie die Unterkunft zu benutzen ist. Natürlich bin ich achtsam als Gast, aber die Androhung, £ 20.- pro (!) ungewaschenem Teller zu verlangen ist mehr als übertrieben. Außerdem herrscht in der gesamten Unterkunft ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch und der Unterkunftgeber ist bei telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme unfreundlich.

Good location, quiet area, free parking and easy waste disposal. Airy and comfortable.

Shortage of kitchen equipment. eg. Vegetable grater, cafetierre, hob/ oven & TV how to use instructions. Tangle of wire for TV, lack of pictures on walls, board covering the fireplace and a lack of ornaments. These are only niggles, we enjoyed our stay.
