Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern, es war viel kleiner als beschrieben. Der Pool war geschlossen und die Entfernung zum Zentrum entspricht nicht Ihren Angaben.

Мы заплатили 200€ за номер, в котором была только жутко неудобная кровать с дешевым «деревянным» матрасом, один стул, две прикроватные тумбы, два шкафа под одежду и чайник с двумя чайными парами и бутылками воды… обещанного при бронировании телевизора в номере не было, фена тоже, более того - не было даже холодильника, хотя это апартаменты… В нашем номере стоял стол, с которым, по словам сотрудницы отеля, нам просто повезло, что он оказался там… ресторан при отеле не работал, завтраков не предусмотрено, террасы нет. Пол очень холодный, а тапочек, конечно же, тоже нет. Из банных принадлежностей два крохотных геля для душа, которых хватило только на один прием душа вместо как минимум двух запланированных, два маленьких куска мыла и две шапочки. Ни шампуня, ни кондиционера, ни мыла для интимной гигиены - ничего. Затем нам принесли старенький маленький фен, но утром, когда нам нужно было уходить из номера в 6 утра мы обнаружили, что фен не работает!!! За окном декабрь и нам нужно срочно выезжать, а у нас мокрые головы… Когда мы пытались выйти с территории отеля, мы обнаружили, что наш магнитный ключ НЕ РАБОТАЕТ и не открывает ворота. Таксист прождал нас 30 лишних минут, пока мы бегали по территории и искали хоть кого-нибудь в 6:30 утра, чтобы нам открыли ворота и выпустили из этой «тюрьмы». Мы опоздали на наши поезда, потеряли билеты, заплатили за ожидание таксисту и сели в следующий поезд с мокрыми головами. Это ужас, а не апартаменты! Никому не советую!

Appartement neuf et propre. Parking gratuit. Piscine (l'été ), salle de sport, sauna. Réception. Personnel sympathique.

Appartement trop grand, sans décoration, très impersonnel. Les couloirs sont démesurés, tout blancs, on se croirait dans un hôpital. Ils sont tellement longs qu'on a tendance à se perdre. La douche n'est fermée que d'un côté donc l'eau gicle partout. Les fenêtres n'ont pas de volets, juste des rideaux transparents. On voit tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins donc on suppose que eux voient tout ce qui se passe dans notre chambre et salle d'eau! Appartement mal insonorisé. Loin du centre ville à pied. Pas de restaurant ou supermarché à proximité.

Personale generoso, locale molto bello e nuovo. Due notti trascorse con amici per via di una manifestazione ciclistica. Parcheggio in loco. Abbastanza vicino al centro, anche se a piedi, in famiglia, non sarebbe stato ottimale.

L'appartamento aveva davvero il minimo indispensabile al suo interno. La cucina era con 4 stoviglie precise a testa. Le sedie, addirittura erano due. Anche se dopo averlo fatto notare ne avrebbero procurate altre due. Tuttavia non c'era sapone per le stoviglie, no spugnette, no asciugacapelli (poi fornito su richiesta), 1 pentola e solo 2 padelle come stoviglie. Nessuna scopa o straccio, nessuna busta per l'immondizia, che, in un appartamento, fanno comodo.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, was immer ansprechbar war und Hilfe angeboten hat. Moderne Anlage mit guter Lage in Siena. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein: Tassen fehlten, Wasserkocher fehlte. TV fehlte ebenfalls.

Es ist erst seit ein paar Wochen eröffnet und man ist voll zahlender Teil des Eröffnungsexperiments. Es ist nichts komplett fertig! Keine komplette Einrichtung, keine komplette Austattung, keine fertigen Außenanlagen, Baudreck und Baustaub in der ganzen Anlage. Die Bilder im Netz zeigen ein Musterzimmer - fern jeglicher Realität! So *soll* es mal aussehen - das dauert aber noch. Wenn alles fertig und eingespielt ist, dann ist das zwar eine sehr sehr große, aber auch moderne Anlage mit Fitness, Sauna, Pool, Park, Restaurant und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf Siena. Leider wird jetzt schon der volle Preis verlangt und das ist es absolut nicht wert und eine komplette Frechheit!

The location was very nice with big rooms and comfy beds. The welcoming staff was very polite and helpful, they even accompanied us to our room.

The place overall looked unfinished, we discovered it had been open for just 15 days. The structure looked still very empty and the rooms unfurnished (no sofas, no armchairs, no coffee tables), the grass had not grown yet and some structures in the garden were still unfinished (parking lot, garden pathways). They told us the water was not drinkable yet, as they had just done plumbing works and the restaurant had not been launched yet. The reception is closed in the evening and early in the morning, and we had problems accessing the front gate when we came back after dinner, luckily we could access the back gate. Most importantly: we had an unfortunate incident early in the morning, it started literally raining from the ceiling lamp as there must have been a leak in the above floor. We called the reception but it was still close so we could only reach the emergency number, the person on the other hand failed to take the issue seriously and did not send anybody over while it was still pouring with water in our room. Even when the reception opened, nobody had arrived so we had to go ourselves there and complain, but also there they failed to address our complaint saying they will e-mail back to us, so we just left. Overall, for 151 euro a night without breakfast, it was not worth it despite the structure has good potential. We had the impression that it was launched too soon and with too inexperienced staff.

The location and the views were lovely.

The property is so new that the’kinks’ haven’t been worked out yet. The bathroom fan in our room was excessively loud. The water could not be confirmed as potable. The windows could not be opened and closed easily because the window dressings were hung too close. The towel warmer/rack in the bathroom could not be used as a rack because it was sweating condensation. The kitchen was generally set up for 4 people but offered only 2 forks and no dinner knives. I could keep going- but the point is that the place is just not ready for a 5* review.

Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é bem novo.

O quarto não tem muito aconchego. Falta um bom espelho, tapetes. Acústica não é boa, escutamos tudo que acontece no corredor. A pior coisa é a luz no quarto pela manhã, a cortina foi instalada longe da parede, o que faz com que a luz entre no quarto.

Excelente ubicación, dentro de un maravilloso parque. Silencioso, espacioso, limpio. Excelente personal!!

The apartment was very bare and looked nothing like the photos. Could not drink the water. Pool was not useable. Not serviced. The apartments are not ready for prime time.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und modernes Apartment mit Klimaanlage. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage ist riesengroß und es gibt einen Park direkt an der Anlage (leider viele Mücken). Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 min im Stadtzentrum.

Klimaanlage war etwas schwer zu regulieren, ansonsten alles top.

There were plenty of places within walking distance. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We were made to feel like family. Staff were always there asking if they could get us a coffee or cold water. So Friendly and could not do enough for us. We were sad to leave. The facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend. We are from Australia so the warm welcome meant a lot to us. Thank you all at Siena Apartments. Staff recommend Restaurants, things to do. Booked Taxis and Restaurants. Food in recommended Restaurants was amazing and not expensive. Thank you all.

A chair and a little desk in the Studio would have been good.

Short walk from the city center (about 15 mins), there is a shopping mall literally just down the street. Everything is new, i had a studio apartment but it was huge. Really clean, good wifi and the staff was kind.
