There were a couple of inconveniences such as the ice maker not keeping up and the water in the fridge coming out hot. The place was pretty dirty and even had trash in the drawers. The girl was sweet and communicated well but we couldn’t get passed the dirty feeling. If it was cleaned well we’d prob stay again.

If you like the sound of Nascar, this place is for you. Washington Blvd is extremely noisy. Door lock was difficult to navigate, limited supplies in kitchen. House was clean overall.

Check I was easy , however the stairs leading up to the unit are in need of replacement , stairs a rickety and not stable for the 80year olds in our party to be walking up, the ac was not adequate because their wasn’t one we had portable units in the windows except the down stairs room didn’t have one and didn’t have a ceiling fan and left part of our party with sleepless nights because of the heat , the property management were quick to respond when we asked for more towels they door dashed us some right away. And the bathroom door doesn’t like to close

We rented this place and at the time it had good reviews, the day we were suppoaed to arrive we happened to check one last time and saw some reviews that were more recent and they were not good. As described in those, the property looks nothing like the pictures. Whatever renovations they made were done very poorly. Staircase leading to the door on the back was in very bad conditions to the point that on the third landing it felt like you were about to fall through. Bathroom shower had a ball of hair from previous people, kitchen chairs were stained and dirty, small sunroom area in the bottom floor had a pile of dirt someone swept and just left there. The sunroom is all glass and granted the main door that leads to the street had a lock but if anyone broke any of those windows the secondary door that leads straight to the living room had no lock or any door knob at all. Every single room had something that needed to be repaired. I would not recommend renting this property to anyone.

Nothing was good about the stay, the host or whom we communicated with was nice, the rest of the experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling, if you’re looking for a nice quiet well kelt place to stay don’t come here, I wouldn’t stay here again for free, I have never left a review like this in 40 years, but I feel like it would be a disservice to try and sugar coat this stay, the owner is supposed to reimburse us because of the issues we dealt with.

The unit was very charming but it wasn’t clean. It wasn’t messy, but the cleaning service wasn’t very thorough. The floors needed to be swept, there were crumbs from the previous guests on the kitchen tablecloth, the bathroom was filthy (dirty floor, toilet and sink) and the bath mat had not been washed in a while. And one of the beds looked like the bed was made with dirty linens. We notified the host, who said they would talk with the cleaner, but didn’t offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. The unit was missing the hair dryer and the kitchen didn’t have coffee mugs.

Arrived at property to check in stairs cluttered with trash cans and lawn chairs entered property to find front door missing the complete door knob just a hole in the door contacted manager and let them know we would not be staying they offered a complete refund it was never refunded and never heard from the again

Great cheap place centrally located. Kitchen amenities could use some additional meal preparation items. But over all really good for the price!

The place was so comfortable, clean and absolutely perfect for our stay. We especially loved the big kitchen and the livingroom with the sectional couch. It was close to everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone staying in Ogden. UT.

This place is a very well kept older building with beautiful old floors and windows. The owner has done a nice job appointing the space with a mix of period appropriate and modern furnishings and fixtures. On weekend nights the street noise was pretty crazy, which the owner can’t be responsible for. But bring earplugs. We had a great time and appreciated being able to cook full meals in the kitchen.
