Benn Cottage is ideally located for events at Lake Karapiro. Leamington is a small village close by which has many eating options. The Cottage is clean and very comfortable with kind details such as snacks and a cold drink. It is set in a beautiful farming environment and is quiet and peaceful.

Amazing setting out in the country. Beautiful self contained cottage that was clean and set up with everything you needed. Gina was welcoming and extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommend and if I’m ever through this area again would absolutely be back!! Thanks for a great stay!!

The place was very clean everything we needed was there. The rural surroundings were stunning. So tranquil!

We had an excellent stay that far exceeded our expectations. The indoor facilities were fully equipped, clean, and tidy, and the house felt as good as new. We were able to cook our own breakfast. What impressed us the most was the stunning view of the Milky Way at night, which made my friend skip their trip to the South Island. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was spacious enough for the four of us. It was an amazing stay, though one night was too short.

Easy check in, grand hosts, Gina was very welcoming and the cottage was extremely cosy and warm had everything needed for our stay. Quiet country living😊 would definitely recommend.
