Everything was perfect during my stay at the Agustin. The room was clean and cozy, the pool and backyard are beautiful, and the cherry on top is the property manager, Carlos. He is amazing!

Location was nice and you could tell that there was a lot of thought put into certain aspects. Carlos and Carlos were amazing and helpful and super nice and gracious.
No real food options close by, ants in my room, and too many cameras on the property. No option to refresh linens at any point, and cost of the room was high in my opinion.

The Agustin Guesthouse was great. The pool and lush greenery all around really makes it feel like an oasis. The environment is also very chill and relaxed.

After several weeks traveling for work, it was nice to take a mental escape. We loved the upgraded room so thank you gentlemen hosts. Nice hospitality touches were noticed. I hope we were good guests. Staff very attentive. As we relaxed Sunday morning and started to fully engulf the environment it was time to pack up and depart.
Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.
Only concern was water would leak onto floor.
We ran out of body wash soap but we could have asked. I don’t where it all went. Husband over use? Ughh

A real find in Fort Lauderdale; this well located, secure Guesthouse is extremely well maintained, with superb grounds planted with great care by the owners, who live nearby. I stayed in the Owner’s Villa.
The heated pool and hot tub were sparklingly clean, and beautifully lit at night.
WiFi was fast 300MB.
The rooms are of the highest standard with modern shower and kitchen fittings. Air conditioning plus ceiling fans worked very well. Bed comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner provided, plus complimentary ground coffee and tea bags. Plenty of Parking.
Helpful housekeeping staff are on property every day to provide fresh towels if needed, with in room housekeeping every few days.
A highly recommended gentleman’s guesthouse, close to the Brightline, Sawgrass Mills, Galleria Mall and Wilton Manors.
Faultless stay, but a map of the property might help those planning their stay to choose which room suits them best.
It’s a five minute Uber from the Brightline train station, and more should be made to highlight that.

The property was amazing with a great pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and really went above and beyond in making the stay very welcoming
If you like cats there are two or three “friendly outside cats”, I’m not a cat person so I would prefer no cats but there weren’t a bother!

I think this is a beautiful men's guest house. The grounds are immaculate, the pool and spa great. A beautiful complex that is wonderfully kept. The room was so cute. Nice touches like the Mr. Mr. cups on the shelf above. The bathroom was wonderful with a great shower and lots of hot water. Nice refrigerator for your drinks. Overall this place is a wonderful, beautiful, well done place with so many nice touches to the inside and outside. They are surely people with excellent taste and style. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with a selection of pillows. A lot of thought has gone into this place to make it comfortable, private and an overall beautiful place to stay. I think this is a great place for couples to stay. Where you want gay, but not the noisy party crowd. And most gay places that I have stayed at before are run down and not nice, or they are super expensive. This was a great price and it was a value for the money. I highly recommend this guest house. I have some honest observations, but it would not stop me from staying here again.
The walls could use some sound proofing. I did have some noisy neighbors part of the time I was there. It is not close to the gay bars, or beach. It is in a very residential neighborhood and is not located to the things that most gay men would want to hang out in. So the point is if you stay here it is probably best that you have a car, either your own or a rental. Look this was not a problem for me. I was not that interested in the gay scene, though I did go out and when you do go out in Fort Lauderdale in the gay neighborhood, parking is a nightmare. Uber was too. I tried an Uber and they kept canceling on me. I have been in third world countries with better Uber than here.
