Location of the property is good, you can reach the beach or Funchal in few mins by car. There are other modern villas in the direct vicinity. There is nice view from the vila on the ocean. The garden is very nice and in combination with the pool, it was pleasant spending late evenings on the terrace. The proper as such is spacious and offers lot of space for up to 8 persons. Big advantage is separate big dressing room on the 1st floor and wardrobes in each bedroom. So enough space for all the clothes The lady who represented the owner was kind and replied promptly when we contacted her.

It is obvious that the owner does not put much effort to maintenance of the property and cleanness. There was a mould and rust in the bathroom, tap was released, one of the door handles was released and was falling on the ground when doors closed, there were dead insects in the corners of the walls. One side of the kitchen unit was completely rotten. It is a pity, it spoils overall impression from the vila, which looks nicely from outside. I am sure that if the property is properly maintained the owner could ask even more money.

Great villa, perfect for a large group, well-located near Funchal city center, with a nearby store (20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car). Free parking next to the villa, spacious grounds, and a beautiful garden. Ocean view from the balcony. Peaceful and serene.
