I like the cleaning of the property and the cozy and elegant of the property.

maybe they need to add more kitchen amenities like oil and butter plus Internet tv.

Location was good.

No service after hours. Called the number they gave us and got an answering machine. Patio too small for 4 people. Gave plenty of notice for an early check in. Surrounding rooms with larger patios were vacant.

I did not have breakfast

Stayed at the Carrick March 8th and 9th with my husband and 2 teen daughters. Our room was "The Cowgirl" room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed and bath linens were nice quality. The provided shampoo/conditioner/shower gel were nice, not overly scented and provided in dispensers, I do not know what the brands were. The water pressure was excellent. The TV was on an arm and was able to be moved around/extended for viewing on the bed. The provided ground coffee for the drip coffee maker was nice- mild and smooth- not sure the brand. Brad was friendly and check-in was seamless. The complimentary snacks were abundant and varied.

The space could use a little more attention to detail, but it is nothing that will 'break' the experience. The fan in the bedroom is not mounted properly to the ceiling. The shower head needs to be properly mounted. The crack in the wall by the king size bed needs attention. The pictures were extremely dusty and the skillet in the kitchen definitely needs replaced. As for the $20 service fee per day- could the fee be obsolete or minimized if snacks/drinks are not provided? All in all, staying in a building that is over 100 years old was refreshing from the cookie cutter places :)

The old building has absolute marvelous potential. Please continue to improve it for future guests.

The lobby / reception area needs a lot of work. Improve the presentation.

The staff is amazing, the little extras that the hotel offered were above and beyond.

Everything was wonderful

We all had separate beds in our three room suite, it was an unexpected delight to have an upstairs room in our family suite. Housekeeping was fabulous, so very helpful.

Hours for Lobby access, access to WiFi was spotty.
