- check-in was at the hotel bar where the bartenders were unsure of the process - poorly furnished and maintained for example; no dressers, poor lighting (what was available had missing or burned out bulbs), no full length mirror, bucket was on the floor to catch the condensation from the A/C unit, we had to purchase batteries for the TV remote

Didn't eat complimentary breakfast. Location was good with plenty of little shops. Lots of interesting historical buildings and information. Pretty good choice of restaurants considering size of town.

Hotel doesn't have designated check-in staff and no security personnel or measures. Rooms are not very clean and there was no linens for pull out bed. Town has several vagrants and virtually no police presence.

The bed is pathetic. The bed mattress was worn out and sunk to the center The room dingy. No elevator. Only 1 small mirror for getting ready for the day. Couldn't wait for daylight to leave.

The location is in the heart of old Bisbee and is really easy to not have to drive at all during your stay - everything within walking distance. Also, the service staff during breakfast hours provided excellent customer service.

I would not stay here again. The service when you first get there is abrasive. You check in at the saloon bar and they just say "You checking in? Okay, well no x, y, z." basically just providing a laundry list of what you can't do. No welcome. The walls are thin so you hear everything that is happening in all common areas and there seems to be no quiet hours. They did provide ear plugs to be fair. Our room had very high ceilings which had windows to the common area without curtains or blinds. Although it wasn't a privacy issue, it let's in light so your room is never dark for sleeping. The entire room was extremely dusty, and when my pillow moved around against the headboard, it came away covered in dust. My toilet also became clogged and overflowed during our stay - we struggled to find anyone to help us and had to go into a utility closet ourselves to find a plunger and mop. The mattress also feels very lumpy and uncomfortable. Blankets and duvets were extremely thin (reminds me of a motel) and didn't provide much warmth. I normally am not a complainer - I tend to write more rave reviews than complaints, but I think this was just an extraordinarily bad stay.

Perfect location for exploring Bisbee! Great for history buffs! Lots to explore here. We stayed in the Victorian Room! Just a dream room if you love Victorian style and Red! This was our Valentine's getaway! Food, drinks, and live entertainment is an awesome bonus and it's just next door! We had the best time!

Needed additional bedding(blankets) and a way to warm the room. Blackout curtains would be a good addition to block out street lights and early morning sun.

The window above the door needed a curtain or blinds to block out any light that came from other rooms.

Staff were extremely polite and friendly! The food was great! Room was clean.

No elevator. I have a bad back and weak legs. Getting up the stairs was a chore. I am 6'5" so the toilet felt like it was literally on the floor! I hardly fit in the shower and the shower head was at my chest. The bed was not comfortable and the room was extremely hot! We had to open the window to cool down the room! The TV was older and would I suggest for it to be upgraded.
