The apartment was extremely comfortable & Juan goes that extra mile to ensure his guests feel special; the chilled rose Cava & snacks on arrival was a lovely welcome after travelling from Alicante by Tram. The apartment was spotless & is well designed with comfortable furniture throughout. Fittings & fixtures are of a high quality in the bathroom & kitchen, and they were both stocked with useful day to day products. The living room sofa is large and very comfortable. The lighting throughout the apartment is excellent. The apartment is in a really lovely location & the views of the beach are gorgeous - we made use of the table & chairs each day on the outdoor courtyard / terrace. We were grateful for Juan’s guidance - whenever we reached out to him with any questions he responded quickly & was at all times professional & pleasant and full of useful knowledge. All in all we had a fabulous 3 day stay in this stunning apartment in the beautiful area of Villajoyosa.

We didn’t like having to leave!

Todo muy limpio, súper cuidado al detalle, el sofá comodísimo, algo raro en casi todos los apartamentos que he estado, cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado, Juan ha estado ahí enseguida para facilitarnos todo. Fuimos con nuestra perra Venus y además de unos detalles para nosotros también los tuvo para ella. Gracias, nos encantará poder volver.

Wonderful location, very clean and well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great cooking facilities and modern bathroom, with a lovely shower. A very helpful host too.
