La TV por cable no funcionó bien

Nice view, nice property.

Nice property, but completely absent customer service when it mattered. This is a listing from the property management company Vacasa. Despite receiving a million automated customer service messages and Vacasa tooting its own horn about excellent 24/7 customer service…. When we arrived there was no hot water. There were other issues, like a broken water filter and a shower installed incorrectly so it was basically unusable. We had received a message from the local concierge saying “Anything you need, just let me know.” I did let him know, and he did not respond. Eventually, after I sent two more messages, 1.5 days later he responded saying he’d send a maintenance guy to check the hot water. He never sent anybody. We waited. We asked about a late checkout, he said he’d check the calendar and never did. We reached out to the global customer service, and they said they’d create a ticket to fix the water and the other issues. Never heard anything about it again. We did not have hot water the whole time (plus no water filter, and the other issues.) The global customer service eventually said something about looking into a refund for us, but I don’t have high hopes. The place looks like it was built very quickly to be a rental, with cheap and poorly constructed finishings (the shower was installed so incorrectly, they must have been in a major rush). I’m less upset about the lack of hot water, and more upset about being ignored and then lied to by customer service, by a company that sent a million messages about how we can contact customer service 24/7 etc. I would have been much happier if they had just said “Sorry, we aren’t going to be able to fix your hot water, but we can offer you a partial refund” instead of just ignoring the messages for days and then promising to send a technician but not doing so.
