No parking! They do have a “reserved spot” which we did not find until the next day. Were instructed to put a sign in our rental van regarding a pending parking pass. But I feel if this is the case everytime, they should have already secured a pass for this property or provided a sign to say as such. Also was told they would not reimburse any fines for parking. Booked for space hosting 10 as we had 9 in our group. This property can only manage 8. The fold out couch is extremely narrow for 2 people. Only children would fit comfortably. The stairs were too steep for our older parents to manage confidently which we will take credit for booking without realizing. It was poorly cleaned after previous guests. I have pictures of decoration confetti still on the carpet, stuck in the couch cushions and a ballon behind the couch. We did not have adequate bedding/pillows for those who slept on the couch. We did request, they promptly communicated they would send more next day which they did. It’s showing being worn. Stains, drip marks coming down kitchen cabinets etc. unsafe getting out of 2nd floor bathroom tub. Very high step in and out with nothing to grab onto but the wall, easy slip hazard. Very noisy if you’re on 2nd floor with those from 3rd floor. This place is walkable to town less than 20 min.Neighborhood was quiet. Didn’t interact with any neighbors but seems like a well kept neighborhood and safe.

We were quite disappointed with this stay. The host contacted us less than 24 hours before our stay stating that the parking wasn't available, which was a primary reason we booked here. Upon arrival, it became very clear that there could never be a designated parking space for this home. Talking to the neighbors, it was nearly all first come, first serve. Also, the week leading up to our stay the host requested I submit my ID multiple times, as though not realizing I already had. That seemed quite unorganized and worried me. I should have paid attention to that worry. The home was very dirty - walls, handrails covered in fingerprints and grime. Even the ceilings had things hanging off them. The two "closets" were shoved full of items in a very unorganized fashion. In fact, we quickly found cleaner under the sink and felt the need to clean before we unpacked. We were two families (9 total with 5 children), and felt very cramped in this place. While there were beds for 8, as we expected, the living spaces could hardly accommodate us all. We stayed in a couple other VRBO properties on this vacation that cost similar rates, which had much better standards. This price seems far to high for the experience. Our children did enjoy the shared courtyard, and we also took advantage of being able to walk into town (15-20 minute walk).
