DO NOT BOOK!!! Worst decision we ever made was to book this place. We booked the garden villa for our honeymoon only to turn up to find out that it had been given away to other guests who asked for an upgrade. From the messages we saw to the ‘big boss’ in SA these other guests were staying longer so the company just wanted more money as “you’re only staying for 2 nights” and did not care about our booking and tried to throw us into a very sub-par loft apartment for the same price. No discount for our troubles even offered. We were accused of lying about our booking, told we had booked the other accommodation etc. Appalling! We refused to stay (after no offer of even a glass of water, to use the facilities after our drive, a sincere apology etc) and were left literally on the dirt track without anywhere to stay. To say it ruined our honeymoon was an understatement and I wouldn’t be paid to stay at a property managed so atrociously.

Do yourselves a favour and stay at the wonderful sunshine bay hotel next door. These villas are over priced and poorly managed with absolutely no regard for their customers.
