Bathroom faucet hard to work. Tv didn’t work until we caught a worker in the hallway who fixed it . No table lamps. Limited workable outlets. Coffee maker didn’t work. No water glasses. Very bare bones environment. Not at all welcoming

For $250 a night it’s run down.

The tv did not work with the remote, you could only watch one channel with cc on. Went down stairs 2 x and called the number they left on the counter and waited 25 minutes and no one came. Air conditioner is so loud and woke me up every time it went on, I’m a heavy sleeper. The lights flickered around the bed when you turned them on, and the outlets attached to the headboard only worked when the flickering lights were on. The guy at the desk who was there when I checked in and checked out seemed nice, just wasn’t there after 7:30 pm. Paid almost 200 dollars to stay and I won’t be back. It’s a bummer because the town is so cute.

The room doesn't have a lamp table to use or a night light. Turn the light on the wall switch and the whole room lights up. That's how you light the room up

Active black mold on the bathroom doors and heat registers. Air conditioner did not work well and was improperly installed so it allowed for outside are and bugs into the room. TV and remotes were not synced and mgmt wouldn’t fix. WIFI does not work in the motel rooms, only the rooms in the main building. Overall I would suggest you stay FAR FAR away from this place. It was so bad I checked out after one night due to the mold and they would not refund my unused night stay.

The room was dirty when we got there ! Trash was in trash can from earlier guests and the floor was so dirty made my socks turn black quick . The toilet was not cleaned had build up pee behind the seat o lol if . So pretty much it was gross for the amount I paid for 1 night .They don’t have any type of breakfast the guy checking me said cause they are renovating kitchen .. BUT THEY COULD OF STILL DID SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE DONUTS.

Window air conditioner was loud. Difficult to watch TV and sleep. Beds were hard.

Was dingy and dirty. Smoke alarm was chirping in the hallway all night.

Our stay was excellent! New remodel room, very clean & friendly owners. Highly recommended!! Convenient located to surrounding stores. Excellent Family restaurant right next door with very fast service!!

Staff was very nice, remodeling going on. No free breakfast said they were transitioning so that was disappointing. Room has new vinyl floor which was nice but not finished under heat registers and not in bathroom. Toilet lid would not stay up as screws for it are too big. New cabinetry in room was nice. Bed was too firm for us.

Advertised a free breakfast and did not have any. Seen a mouse in the room and did not know our room was not connected to the pool building. Had to go outside to get to the pool area

The staff was great! The air conditioner in the room faced a sink which did not allow the air to flow. The light switches are not properly installed. The ceiling looked liked it was going to fall The bathroom was very cjean and the bed was comfy

Hotel Sign was not lit, so we passed the property, had to turn around & almost missed it the second time. Slow check in. Some dark parking areas. Parking lot all dug up & crumbling. Nice size room. (Had an inside hallway room.). Both inside hallway & direct exit to the outside were available.

I arrived late and the property sign was not lit, so I drove past the hotel. The room itself was cheaply updated although the bed was comfortable, however the wall ventilation unit was noisy. The door jamb did not have a latch catch and the frame was missing a section of lumber. It seemed that a repair of the door frame was incomplete or in progress. The bathroom sink drain plug did not lift up so the water did not drain from the sink. The room switch next to the entry door did not turn on a room light, so I had to walk to the desk lamp in the dark to turn on the lamp for room light. Overpriced for the overall condition of the property with minimal amenities. Decent breakfast restaurant next door.

It worked as a couple for a place to sleep. Comfy bed but the was room is dirty and had a strong scent to it like they were hiding a smell. Theres definitely things that need replacing.

Something came up and I couldn't leave home. So I couldnt check in. Bummer.

The occupants next door were loud and obnoxious. The floor in the room was unswept much less washed. The faucets were loose and hot water was hard to come by. The bathtub had no handle bars and very old bathtub overall. The baseboard was dirty and broken and unsafe to turn on. I give it one star only because the beds were comfortable otherwise I’d give it a zero.

Room very nice esp the window shades were great no coffee or contl breakfast as advertised! Staff at night great mmanger sucked very unfriendly. Next door room tv blared untill 6 am mgr respond i wasnt here Hear

Pool area was awesome. Bedrooms seemed clean but run down. Worked good for a single guy

I ordered a room with a jetted tub. I went to use the tub and black s$/t spewed out of the jets. The sink was plugged and they put a trash can under it to catch the water. They did know about it because when I checked in a woman claiming to be house Keeping knocked and said she left her rags there. Then reached under the sink and pulled some wet rags out and slid a trash can under. It was late when I found out about these conditions so I just went to bed. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I don’t think even roaches would care to stay there. Never ever again

The person at the front desk was very kind; however, after walking into my room, that had been recently remodeled, I picked up my stuff, returned my key and found lodging in another place. The windows did not have locks on them. Being on the first floor this was not something I was willing to try and ignore. The side lock was pulled out of the door and not replaced. While the lock on the doorknob seemed to work, I was not willing to try and ignore it. I was offered a "different room" but was not going to try another room. The entire hotel appeared to be run down and not safe. The 100.00 I paid for the room was not returned because it was a "no cancellation" room. And honestly, I am okay with that.

Beyond description. This locally owned hotel is FAR from what is advertised. Dirty, Rooms are disgusting. Too many issues to even describe. But a sample: No in room phone No coffee in the room "breakfast area" is bleak and non existent. Bedding is sandpaper and even stained. No Wifi in the rooms they claim they are renovating but the hall way looks like a construction zone.

Room was way too hot; I asked twice to fix it with no change.

Bed bugs, feces in toilet an on walls. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is extremely poorly managed and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I pulled in, it was poorly lit and obviously under construction with the manager’s family treating it like their personal living/dining room. It smelled like old food and smoke, and no one bothered to greet me. Then, when I managed to get someone’s attention, they told me my reservation was canceled. I informed them that was incorrect because I hadn’t received any communication stating the reservation was canceled and they basically told me that was my problem and to find another place to stay. Absolutely no effort to make any concessions or help on their part means I will NEVER stay here or encourage anyone else to stay here. They do not deserve our business! Luckily Expedia has great customer service and refunded me my whole amount. I’m glad I booked through them!

Went to check in and they did not have my reservation. Very disappointing

When I showed up all the rooms were booked and they said I wasn't even in the reservation system!! I'm now calling around trying to find a room during one of the busiest weeks of the year in Hayward WI. I'm not a happy camper.
