Coffee maker didn't work but otherwise excellent

They have done some much needed remodeling

They had closed the attached resturant for breakfast

Had a very nice pool The room was extremely nice and cleaned

The rates were a little high but it was the only room available

Cleanliness and friendliness. Close proximity to the main shopping area in Hayward.

Stop using styrofoam. Would like to see more healthy food options for breakfast.

The Location of your Hotel was easy to find. The Lady at the front desk was vey nice when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. Nice looking Lobby. The room we had reserved was very nice and also very Roomy. The Bath towels were very soft

The Beds were aweful ( our room was a King). My daughter and her husband had stayed in a (double Quuen Room) ....their beds were also Terrible..we all had very bad-back-aches in the morning. Her husband went to leave the room and the door-frame fell off the wall! We ordered 2 Pizzas around 8pm and went and picked it up. We asked if is was OK to sit in the Lobby area and eat it while we watched Tv. The Lady at the front desk ok'd it and we had our pizza and some drinks while watching Shark-Tank. We stayed until around 11pm and when the Front Desk shift change came in the Man there told me that we would have to leave and go back in our rooms..HOW VERY RUDE!!!! We were very quiet.my son was even sleeping in one of the chairs and the other 4 of us were very courteous while watching the TV and eaing our pizza and shared a few cocktails we had brought along with us! Also..when I checked into the hotel I asked about the pool and Hot Tub hours and was then told that the HOT TUB wasn't working and she said it hasn't been working for sometime...How very dissappointing .along with the Bad Continental Breakfast! Our King Room's TV also was not working at all ..we were told that they were working on it and it never got fixed all night! We have stayed at many, many Hotels/Resorts and were very upset with your place!!!

Breakfast was a nice had a nice variety. Very clean.

Water pressure in shower was terrible. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were small and hard. You only get two towels for two people.

Breakfast was ok.

Our sheets had sand on them before even getting into, asked for extra pillows and didn't have any, mold behind toilet in bathroom,blood splattered on wall in bathroom, only a hand held shower head which isn't great for taller people, way over priced for what was there.
