We came to attend the Kentucky 5* Three- Day Event at the KY Horse Park with some family. The house was perfect for what we needed, no frills but had all the amenities we needed. I also had great communication with the host and had all my questions answered.

Great communication with Krista and all the essentials were there plus some nice little touches that were thoughtful place was clean and convenient to everything in Lexington would recommend and go back when I make it back to Lexington

I loved the house. The neighborhood was not as well kept as our rental was. We suggested to our host to put blinds up in bedrooms. She was very helpful and nice. I would stay there again.

This cute brick rancher is close to everything Lexington has to offer. It was spotlessly clean, extraordinarily well equipped for our two week stay, and our host, Krista, was ultra responsive. She has done an amazing job and takes super good care of guests. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and festive holiday decor throughout. The one bed we used was comfy and cozy. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and I have never seen a more well-equipped kitchen. Every imaginable utensil and cookware, a toaster, fridge with water dispenser, even baking sheets for my cookie-making! Since I have bad knees, it was great that the whole place was one level - just a small threshold step at front and rear doors. Washer and dryer were excellent for our longer stay of two weeks. Excellent heating system kept us cozy on some cold nights a bit below freezing, and we never lacked for hot water when taking two showers in a row. We walked a few times throughout the neighborhood during the days, and it seemed very safe and friendly. We worked a lot from the big dining room, and can report that wifi worked well. It went down once, and the host had it fixed within an hour! When next we are in Lexington, we will be sure to stay here again. The 3 bedrooms are overkill for just the two of us, but the place is so comfortable, I would not be happy anywhere else.

This property was in a great location. It was very clean with all necessities provided. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely book again!!
