Many of these properties have LOTS of stairs to the lake, Lemonade Paradise does not! Love the house and the dock!!

Our family was looking for a relaxing place on the lake that could accommodate 6 adults. We were looking for a property that had a boat and jet ski. Lance's property was perfect and checked all the boxes.

My husband and I stayed at Lemonade Paradise along with my best friend. We had a great time and waking up with the lake view was beautiful. We were treated to fireworks by the neighboring homes and they finished by 11pm. We didn't use the downstairs kitchen but it was nice to have the option. We had a minor issue, but the property owner was very quick to respond and we were able get it taken care of. The area is beautiful and we would love to visit the property again. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Lemonade paradise…, we truly enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable home. We fished everyday! Very comfortable beds. And the owner is very responsive and will make sure you have all you need for your stay. The grounds are gorgeous as well and quite…. All except for the cicadas!!! We were obviously there during mating season and they definitely let their presence be known… all in all it was a great stay and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Property was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Easy to find and centrally located on the lake. Great views from covered porch and dock. Would definitely consider staying at this same location again on future visits!

Lemonade Paradise is just that. It is a break away from worries and responsibilities. The Lake House had everything from fire pit to hot tubs to kayaks and bags. We celebrated a graduation with close family and friends and it was fabulous. Slept 6 super comfortably and we could’ve slept more. Really enjoyed working with Lance. He was responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. I wish I found it earlier during the first three years of my son’s experience at Carbondale. The pictures online didn't do this place justice the lake house and view were amazing. My family had a great time, and we're already looking into dates to come back. The owner was also fast to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this lake house.
