Made a reservation just last week. Decided to get out of Minnesota for a week. You were the first property that I saw was reasonable for the weekend.

Great location, peaceful & not far from ammunities. Very clean property.

Please more soap, especially for the shower Kleenex! Good number of forks and spoons but not enough knives More kitchen towels. There was just one. We went and bought another. Check to ensure there are bath mats in both bathrooms Otherwise, great place!! Thank you!

Beach access was great. Pool was also great. Condo so clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen appliances and laundry room were top of the line. Definitely recommend staying here. Hope we get to again.

Property was just as described. Furniture was so comfortable! So fun to be right by the pool. Security was comforting as gates required codes into pool area and also from the beach. The walkway to beach was short and in great shape and was lit at night. Much less populated area on the beach was very nice. Perfect home for a family of 4. Definitely would like to stay there again!

We were very pleased with the location and the size of the condo. We had plenty of room for everyone and the short walk to the beach!!! Would definitely recommend for families or friends!!!!

As the title states. this is a great property and location! Beach access was terrific, but you need to bring your own chairs and shade as the local rentals only service certain locations and the Grand Caribbean isn’t one of them. Overall great experience and communication from the property manager. We will be back - Thanks!

We absolutely LOVE #1007 and the entire property. This was our second stay in this condo and it works perfectly for our family. The balcony/patio is located inside the pool fence, so continuing to swim with older child during nap time, with a baby monitor on the patio, works well. The beach access is easy with wagon and jogging stroller. Washer and dryer are also a bonus, plus the laundry room is a good size and a great place to store all the beach and pool toys when not in use. Great water pressure in showers. We will definitely be back next year!

This was our second time staying in that exact room. Condo was great! Very clean. Love how close the beach was. Definitely would stay here again and 100% would recommend!!

The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed more or less. It was clean and has recently been remodeled. I was disappointed to find no coffee filters after bringing my own coffee and creamer. A reusable $2 coffee filter would be appreciated or a small stack of $0.02 paper filters. They weren’t kidding that they only had starter supplies. There was one bag in each trash can with not replacement in sight. No shampoo, tiny soaps, and no salt or pepper anywhere. I enjoy staying at places with full kitchens because I cook but hate packing my entire kitchen to go. A La Quinta hotel room is better supplied. I would have packed more if I was staying the week but it was only a two night stay for myself and my kids to have a whole day at the beach (bring your own beach towels, chairs and sand toys too). We used the pool twice and it’s perfect for little kids! It’s only 3 ft deep for half of the pool and has a rope separating the 6ft deep end. It’s also heated or was just naturally warm. No jacuzzi though. The short wooden walkway to the beach was great! I brought a wagon and was able to pull it to the beach easily with no stairs to deal with. Overall…I would rebook here and just pack like I’m going camping and bring every little thing with me.

Easy access to the beach, great view, nice pool, clean, two spacious bedrooms and kitchen. Exactly what we needed!
