Perfect from beginning to end!

Fantastic, perfect in every way, recommend to everyone
Our party of 11 rangeing from ages 2-67 yrs, had the best holiday, the villa is in the perfect location right on the beach, two lovely pools and lots of room. Everything from our initial booking with Kerry and Angela were 1st class and were always there for any questions we had before traveling,and once we arrived. It was just perfect and will definitely be visiting again

Amazing villa in perfect beach location
The villa i Cabo sits just on the edge of the beach, overlooking the sea and the distant sky line of Torrevieja. There is a privat path to reach the public beach!
Three spacious doubles and one quadruple, lots of room for entertaining both outside and indoors.
We had some problems with the gate, with the electric fuses and the pool, but all was handled quickly by the staff at JK.
Only down side was that it was 10-15 mins walk to limited no of restaurants. But with a car it was easy access to a variety of restaurants and bars. Also a short drive to LaZenia - a huge shopping mall.

It was another wonderful stay at "our" house for all 13 of us! The new pool is absolutely great and we feel like kings and queens lying around it😀😀
We did have the fuse blow, when we've used stove and oven and hairdryer at the same time. We then unpluged the water boilers, that helped a bit. Is a stronger fuse possible, or are the wires to small for more power?
Other then that small detail it was suuuuper! Thank you very much and most likely i will reserve the house again for next year around mid of October.

As the advert says 'million dollar location'!
Our group of 6 ladies were thrilled with the location and size of the villa.
Lots of space for privacy. Plenty of sun loungers.
A lovely warm sea breeze meant no need for air conditioning.
Our favourite time was having al fresco long lunches and it was ideal with all the outdoor space available.
The beach was lovely and was fairly quiet when we were there.
There was a gorgeous panoramic view from the terrace or the conservatory area.
We all agreed it was the best villa we had ever stayed in and are looking to book again next year.

Top location, top for families
The location is ideal to go to with small children (only house with direct access to the beach).
The grandparents found it wonderful, the kids had a great time. Top.
One small point for improvement: the kitchen could do with some more glasses, plates etc... for larger families.

We love it !!
This is our third vacation at the beach villa in cabo roig, we love it here the location is amazing!! We are a family of 7 from Norway , we like the space this villa has with different inside and outside areas so we can all do separate things if we like. The children love the ping pong and table football and wifi and hanging out on the beach . There are some good local restaurants and a big supermarket within walking distance. We eat out 3 or 4 times during the week and for the other days we stay home and BBQ (good meat available from local supermarket) and just relax in the garden with some wine and listen to the ocean , it is always a pleasure to visit this house , we have already booked for 2015 thank you jk villas

An amazing location
Have just spent a week at the villa - 6 adults and 5 children. A perfect family getaway. We had a lovely time just hanging round the villa and being able to allow the children to go to the wonderful beach below. A great coastal walk/run and lots of spots to snorkel. We didn't hire a car, however the Cabo Roig strip is a fair walk (30 mins) and the supermarket (15 mins) which is not easy in the heat carrying heavy shopping. Taxis were quite hard to come by so we didn't get to explore the area too much. The villa itself is in a prime location, and although was clean and tidy, it could do with a bit of maintenance. Linen and pillows were sparce and some not suitable for very hot weather and the towels were tired and worn. There was not even enough cutlery for all of us to eat at once. However saying that these are minor details and certainly didn't affect our enjoyment too much, just a bit annoying. Although I think things like this are reflected in the price. Am missing the amazing views and sounds of the sea. Would definately return but would take some home comforts next time. Thanks Kerry!

Spend 2 weeks in beggining of may
Stayed in villa in beggining of may. We were 7 adults and 4 kids. Everyone enjoyed villa very much. The terrace was the main meeting point and we spend there houres just starring at the sea:), talking, playing games in the evenings. Weather was nice. Kids loved the place as the yard is so large and they could run around all day long. Had a little bit of trouble with dust wich came from building next door witch was build there. But once the building will be finished it will make no disturbance at all. Having a car makes a live easier as we had to do groceries a lot for cooking mainly at home but otherwise we spend most of the time at villa and did'nt want to leave the place at all. Cabo Roig - May 2010
Had a great week in the Villa, 6 adults and 2 children but plenty of room for all, did not ever feel cramped. Lovely location, great views and easy access to all the local facilities. Especially likked being able to do your own thing. Used the barbecue most days which was also great. Would recomend this Villa for any age group, but if you are elderly and do not want to walk far you will need a car. The local supermarket is approx 10 mins walk, but all the bars and restaurants on 'the strip' are approx 20 mins walk. Had a great time, and will definately go again sometime.

very nice holiday

Thank you for your mail. We got home safe, and left the villa around 10 o'clock in the morning. One or two persons had to do a bit of shopping in Alicante on the way to the airport, as all shops were closed the day before.
We all injoyed the week in the villa and also the view from the villa.
It is a very nice place, and I think, that my dauther allready is planning the next vacation with family and some friends to go to this place. So you might hear from us again.

Great Views
Spent a lovely week at the villa with some friends and their family, age range 7 years to 42 years. Great location if you love the beach, was lovely to hear the waves - very peaceful. Would definately benefit from having a bigger pool (which I hear they are trying to install ready for next year) although the splash pool was great for cooling off in and for the younger children it would have been nice to swim a few lengths.
Local supermarket only 7 mins walk and few bars and restaurants about 10 mins walk. Cabo strip is a good 20-25 mins walk away.
Would go again - loely part of Spain.

this villa is excellent value for money,in a great location,splash pool was an absolute godsend for our kids because we didnt have to worry about our girl not being able to swim,villa was very clean and the changeover was excellent, highly recommended

excellent summerhouse for family.
Our family spent two superb weeks in this excellent house on the beach,we were from 11 to 71 years old and all loved it and will be back.Kerry saw too it that we had every thing we needed and the service was perfect.If you are looking for the perfect summer house for the family on the beach than this is it.

Fantastic location
This villa is ideal for beach lovers and has beautiful sea views. The villa is very large and has a good plot ideal for children to run around. It's very secure and I felt relaxed that my children were safe in this property. The only negatives are that as it only has a small splash pool if you prefer to be round the pool rather than on the beach everyday. However, our children are small so it was just the right size for them! The villa feels a little tired but was very clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. One last note, there is a large building project going on next door to this villa which is not ideal if you are looking for total peace and quiet!
