Wonderful hotel at a beautiful location. The staff was super helpful throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean and had all the amenities we wanted. We loved the view and how private our room was.

No major complaints, the only thing to improve is to reduce the amount of aisle lighting on the 3rd floor. Remember to bring your eye mask.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms!

Parking was a little tight closest to the rooms but it isn’t really an issue since there was plenty of parking near the back of the hotel!

The location is great and most of the staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel needs better management to train the office staff and to pay attention to details. For example, some staff don’t know how to use the computer system for adjusting check in details. Our room had no soap in the bathroom until we asked. Our room had a kitchen but almost no facilities such as pots and pans, silverware, etc.

Cable and TV problems. Only remote controls for bedroom TV.

The room is comfortable and clean and it’s located right on the beach. Staff very nice

There are no elevators at all. We were on the 3rd floor. There is a large long shared balcony that faces the water. BUT there are no glass doors to even go there. There are just windows. That doesn’t make for a very comfortable stay and to pay that high price not to even have door access to the patio is outrageous. The description doesn’t explain that you don’t have private access to the balcony. There is also literally NO balcony furniture to sit on. We had to put bar stools out of our room just to sit there to see the beach. There is no ice machine on the 3rd floor so we had to crawl down all those stairs to get ice. No vending machines. Right next door are condos that have elevators and private balcony Ocean view. I then looked up the price to compare and it was less. The ocean view room is $220 a night- if you’re going to pay that much at least get private access to a balcony and either get an elevator or make it comfortable to guests but supplying ice machine on each floor.

Staff was really nice and hotel was super clean. I loved that it was so close to beach.

First of all the location was fantastic!! Literally not even two minute walk from the beach! We arrived in the early hours of the morning so it was a beautiful view to find in the morning just outside of the reception. Secondly the room was an excellent price for location and was spacious, clean and nicely styled, and had everything we needed. Thirdly the staff were very warm and friendly (even at 3am!) and offered us snacks and tea and coffee upon check out We were only there for like 7 hrs so we definitely want to come back and stay longer!

No hooks for bags and extra things, as well as no where to put your body wash and shampoo

Staff very friendly and always tried to help. Rooms we stayed in had an excellent view of the gulf. The hotel is in an excellent location to access the beach.

Room we rented was advertised to have a kitchen but none was there when we checked in. Room also was too warm even with A/C. Staff moved us to another room with a kitchen however there were no pots/pans or tools to cook with. The kitchen only had a roll of paper towels and place settings. This made the kitchen unusable after we had brought food with us. Additionally, the shower did not have hot water in the second room. Later it was discovered the shower valve was installed backwards.
