The breakfast was expensive since they charged for it as it wasnt included in the package. They told me that for the package i booked, breakfast should have been included, so it is somewhere booking.com's mistake or high prics.
The mismanagement of services. no staff available to help out i=with luggage while checking out. A staff took the money for breakfast on his personal UPI, and then i got follow up call from Hotel asking me why i didnt pay for the breakfast. where as i informed the reception, asked for bill for the breakfast they charged me for but of no avail.
