The price and the location. All self contained

The apartment smelt of cigarette, when we hung out our clothes on the line on the balcony we brought them in and they stunk like cigarettes from someone smoking down below. No extra pillows or towels. No glassware, only 3 x small mugs. The TV was all in some Asian language and could not watch any normal television and wifi couldn’t cast.

The staff were really lovely. Helpful and very attentive.

The main bathroom wasn’t clean at all, there were muddy foot prints on the tiles and hair in the bottom of the shower. The kitchen is really only equiped with the crockery. One blunt kitchen knife and a few other things. There are mugs and tea and coffee making which was good. The pool just only have sun in it in the early stages of the day. The rest of the time it’s in the shade. The rooster next door will wake you up. This property is a bit of a classic case of the photos making it look more luxury than it is.

No English TV. Setup is for Chinese visitors. When we arrived the bathrooms needed a good clean. Kitchen could have done with a few more utensils.

TV channel had only Chinese language shows.
