House was very clean and modern and located near to Staffordshire University.The host was extremely helpfull and let us leave our car on the property drive past the 11am checkout time while we attended my Sons Graduation.Ideal location to stay if your attending an event at Kings Hall as its only a very short taxi ride away.

Very modern and clean with all you need.

A little difficulty getting access via the keypad,but rang for help and assistance was given straight away. The heating came on around midnight making the bedrooms too warm no access to the boiler so couldn’t turn it off. Radiator valve in the back bedroom was on full and couldn’t be adjusted. Just thinking of your costs as heating doesn’t need to be on all night.

We stayed at the property for a dance competition at Fenton Manor. It took 6 mins to drive to the venue. As a family of four, having our own bedrooms was a plus as we wouldn't have had so much space in a hotel room. We also saved money by being able to bring our own food to cook. The house looks freshly decorated, exceptionally clean and perfectly equipped for quests.

We would live to use it again next year but the only improvement we would ask for it a bigger/comfier sofa. I think the futon was suitable as an extra small double bed but that could be moved to the opposite side and another corner or 3 seater sofa could replace it. We had to bring the duvet and pillows down to sit on as it was so hard and uncomfortable to sit on for a few hours to watch TV. This was the only area we can give feedback on. Otherwise it was perfect!

The host's attention to detail and prompt communication made the experience seamless. I highly recommend this cozy haven to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Stoke on Trent.

Location was fantastic especially for the hospital 750 m away House was warm and welcoming fresh towels bedding fridge was well stocked with drinks after a long drive also Excellent response from the owner also

Access was by key code, so no keys needed. Parking was plentiful and on the property driveway. We managed to park three vehicles easily. Each of us had our own bed. The host very kindly came to deliver bedding and even make up the sofa bed whilst we were out.

I can't think of any negatives at all. Superb stay.
