It was too cold!

Bahtroom was nice and clean Close to Termini station and to center / monuments by foot

Price / quality ratio Rooms are cold, heating is automatically turned off during the night Italian breakfast ( croissant and coffee) is not in the hotel!!! You have to go to outside of the hotel Floors are quite dirty/dusty and made from cold stones - no carpets

Great location, close to all major attractions, many restaurants and big supermarket located nearby. Clean and comfortable apartement with kitchen and accessories, close to metro station.

Almost cold water and no pressure in the shower. Breakfast is not a breakfast but a coupon for one coffee and donut in the coffee shop, anything else is paid additionally.

the host was very welcoming and always willimg to help with sth in the room. it was clean and close to the city center even by foot, the breakfast in nearby caffé was ok

between the beds are some differences - the master bed was totally fine, but the other beds were really though to sleep on. also there are just few sockets - we were fine but maybe it would be handy to add an extension cord when the room is full

Everything was excellent from the beginning. Also we were entitled with free upgrade (possibly due to kid with us:). The aparts were clean and accurate, with good renovation in the old building. There were no air conditioning however fan in the ceiling makes life better. Good equipped Kitchen and inner yard Terrasse welcoming you. It’s Located close to Train station, supermarket is just next street. Attractions like Coliseum located 15 min by foot. We almost did not use a transport and walk by foot , except of Vatican. This is a set of guest houses so my review is related to only one. Definitely great value for money.

May be a noise from the side street could disturb for some people , but I would expect this for any location within a Rome. No any other complains. All good!!!

Good location - 15min from station Termini, 15min from Colosseo and city center. Shared room included fridge, microwave and dishes.

Place could be better marked, I can't find at the first sight. Bed in room was just fold-out couch.

Nice room and good staf

The room is otherwise in a quiet part of town, parking it is a litle bit problem. The equipment in the room and kitchen is nice. The air conditioning is just ventilator and by 40 digries not enaf. Breakfast at a remote location for European conditions is not worth mentioning.  

Distance to Roma Termini station

Shower head/handle was broken. Dustbin didn't have plastic bag !?
