The property is in an excellent location, it's been recently modernised and first impressions were excellent. I used the property for a short break bringing members of my family ( daughter, son in law and granddaughter) who all agreed it was a good choice. Arrival and entry into the property was easy and accurate arrival information was provided. Would I use again, YES, most definitely.

I was getting nervous as to being given arrival/entry information, i like to be informed in plenty of time, this information ( in my humbled opinion) was given in time but left me feeling uneasy as to the 'not knowing' till only a few hours before arrival. Just to pass comment, as a property manager myself I found the cleanliness not to be 100%, it was satisfactory however there was dust on the shelves, door architraves and skirting boards, bits of litter also noticed behind bedroom side table. One other point, part of the conditions are to wash cutlery etc prior to leaving, there are no tea towels at the property to assist with drying of said items which perhaps could be addressed.

Good location

Not giving our damage deposit back and it had been over 2.5 weeks from the check out! It's a complete joke! Countless emails ,phone calls and messages but still not received the money back. Customer service is awful! We had to speak to the bank to get a charge back to get our money back. Be warned! Extremely noisy at night and early morning, the wall is paper thin so you can hear people next door all the time. Lacking of amenities like bin or hangers in wardrobe. Would be nice to have the tv that works in the living room.

No cups no hairdryer no iron no bulbs in lamps no plug on microwave and no bedding on one of the beds no bin no bath mat no t towel
