Bedding unchanged/dirty, very unsafe, men coming to the door claiming to be police, no communication from property, no wash clothes…. Had to go buy everything at the polluted gas station/store up the street,..

Nobody contacted us and gave us no information of how to get into the home. The area was very sketchy and there was no parking. I believe it’s a scam and this might be a dangerous place. I did not feel comfortable staying with my family here. We never got any contact in the next day. We had to stay in a hotel, therefore I would liken a full refund for my distress and for the inability to use the facility I paid for.
