Location was easy to reach, very quick check in, messages from the property were very detailed and offered all necessary information for check in. Room and balcony very spacious.

The apartment was spacious, perfect for two couples. the beds and sofas were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub (should you need to), there was a kitchen and a beautiful dining area. great views over the lake and 5m drive from the centre of Ioannina

I would appreciate if there was a bottle of water in the fridge upon welcome, and disposable tea or coffee sachets. we wanted to make some tea before going to bed and there was not any :(

Nice view of the lake and the city of Ioannina. This apartment is located in a quiet town across the lake from Ioannina, so you can easy access the large supermarkets in the city but yet avoid the noise and traffic in the city. I stayed here to go on day trips to Vikos Gorge, Perama Cave, and the surrounding areas. There is a restaurant below the apartment that seems to be nice, but unfortunately I did not try it because I already had frozen food with me and my next accommodation after this one did not come with a freezer, so I had to consume all my food before I left this apartment.

Very good acc, big rooms with kitchen facilities, basic but very clean, good beds,room serviced everyday. Host was very helpful, breakfast and dinner was also available which was very convenient and goid value. Very quite (we stayed off season)

This property is outside the city centre, you would need a car really so just remember that if booking

Clean and basic room. Restaurant downstairs was also pretty nice.

It is not in the main town but not too big a problem if you drive.
