Amazing property and new with patio that has good privacy.

We were delighted with our one-night stay. This was just a quick stopover so we weren’t too fussy about where to book, however we were so pleasantly surprised by this accommodation! The staff were very accommodating of a late check-in after our flight was delayed. They upgraded us to a larger room with plunge pool, which our toddler enjoyed. The hotel itself is very new and conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The design of the rooms is very clever and impressive, comfort level was superior, and the staff friendliness and helpfulness was excellent. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

New hotel with clean and spacious room. Enjoyed the stay. The only small little thing to note is the bathroom is a step lifted, meaning you'll have to step up to the room - shouldn't be a major issue for most but for people. Just that all of us need to be extra careful stepping in and out of the bathroom - but this doesn't deter me from re-booking this place.

The room was beautiful, along with the patio and private plunge pool. Although you can hear the occupants of the neighboring rooms, there is sufficient foliage that offers viewing privacy from the other rooms. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are new and gorgeous. But the hotel is still unfinished. Lots of teething problems, Staff seemed uncertain. They ask you to download an app on arrival, but you can’t do anything on it. I couldn’t order anything from room service , no minibar, and the staff wouldn’t respond on the app. I had breakfast included in my room, but the choices are very limited. It’s not a buffet and they even charged me for water. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

The Komu was an amazing place to stay. It’s close to everything you need, the staff were fantastic and I’d highly recommend staying there on your next trip

Loved our stay but had a few low points. The room we stayed in was very close to the road and it was very noisy every morning with the traffic, could not sleep in. It was also especially noisy on Friday night. Service was good but a little too transactional.

Nice interior and amenities.

The hotel block is outside and not connected to reception area and my room was at the furthest block. The room card couldn’t work in the lift. And it was a walk to reception and back. The room card also didn’t work to open the electronic gate. Sound proofing in the room was bad. Was woken up in the morning by the neighbours around who were getting ready to go out.

Gorgeous space! Absolutely loved staying here. There was a slight stale smell in the toilet but it went away with ventilation and an air freshener that was provided. Staff seem slightly overwhelmed, but still managed to process check ins & outs in the end. Comfy, convenient area, definitely returning.

The hotel is amazing and the room was outstanding. The service was great and the manager super helpful. Location of the hotel in an area that’s super busy, but close to beach clubs if that is what you prefer.

We stayed in the twin room with its own private plunge pool! The room was very spacious and the plunge pool was great for cooling down. Very central, massages, shopping, beach clubs and restaurants all on the same strip as the hotel! Staff very helpful! The staff were so lovely and even sung me happy birthday and brought cake to the room! Will definitely stay here again!

Good location on the main strip of Berawa. Walking distance to cafes, bars, the beach. The roads are pedestrian friendly. Excellent service by the hotel staff. All the important amenities were provided, it would have been nice if they included body moisturiser in the room as well. The room was very spacious. Pool in the room was nice. Eventhough there was a club next door, it was very quiet at night.

Stayed at the Komu for two weeks and didn’t want it to come to an end. It’s absolutely perfect from the location to the design and all the staff. Wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Komi Bali. Staff were friendly and diligent, and the hotel is a real gem.

All good, except the pillows, they were horrible. We had to get pillows from Heveya and they were fantastic.

One month into operation, the hotel team is already like a well-oiled machine, in an awesome way. One would expect some teething issues but boy the service was smooth. The service staff were well trained and very hospitable. Even the gardeners were able to engage in a short conversation. I booked a pool studio and it was a nice corner unit with a soak pool that is right outside the room for our exclusive use. There was also a long infinity pool with a bar, Alta for all guests to enjoy at level 6 rooftop and Vatos, the well known Korean fusion taco restaurant at the entrance. Even though it is listed as a 3 star establishment, it has just the right amenities. Xiaomi coffee capsule machine with Tana Mera coffee pods replaced every morning and evening, a big bath tub in a chic wooden decked bathroom, a comfortable day bed well positioned by the side of the coffee counter, a firm king sized bed and of course a private pool which I soaked in every evening. I simply love the industrial chic design and styling of the room! Kudos to the architects and interior designers. I have to also mention that there is turn down service at this hotel too! Simply love it! The stay came with free entry to Atlas, supposedly the world’s largest beach club - we went there on the first night and the party scene was vibrant on Christmas Day. We are not partygoers but enjoyed the music and the vast amount of space and lounge areas. Will certainly pick the Komu again if we are back in the area.
