The floors were dirty their were roaches n the bathroom no cable tv or local channels an the WiFi didn’t work

When I arrived I found that despite them having my credit card on file, they demanded cash only payment. Was not expecting that at all. This forces many to use the atm in the lobby. The whole place is in need of better maintenance and housekeeping. The exit doors on the building were tied shut with coat hanger wire with a sign warning of possible penalties if caught removing them. The room was dirty. I saw two black bugs craw out under the bathroom sink. The entire property is in desperate need of repairs. It did look like they are trying to remodel but are still putting guests in unsatisfactory rooms. I would NOT stay here again.
