It was overall terrible…. I booked this room because my lights were out at my home due to the bad weather…. Drive all the way up there only to find out their lights were out too!!!!! But my card was definitely charged though….. make it make sense!!!! I just want my money back!!!

This place is a nightmare zone
I didn't like anything. They offered to let me see the room before booking, but the man showing me the room had a visible gun and I obviously didn't want to inconvenience him. The room was dirty, the mattress was full of holes. The lock didn't work. This place should be condemned. Also its full of bugs

New and well-built motel. Everything is brand new and remodeled, so everything was working and close to many amenities. Could have a game room & better lobby
The lady at the reception desk. She seemed to have an attitude while I was talking to her. She could been a bit more nice!

I got there hopping to check in and just sleep. I was driving for 10 hours and needed a place to rest so I scheduled ahead of time. When I got there I’m being told there isn’t a room for me and I haven’t been refunded still.

Literally nothing.
Very sketchy and predatory. I was not informed once about not allowing pets. I was kicked out after 3 nights stay after already having paid over $1,200 for 28 days. TV didn’t turn on at all. Not at all as it appears in advertising.

this property is unlivable, they had plywood in the windows in graffiti written in the rooms, no towels and toilet paper, and roaches. There’s no consolation policy took my money but had to find another place to stay.
The property advertises itself as a three star hotel, it’s being remodeled and the homeless people that I’ve been living there are still there. They have a no cancellation policy to take your money before hand and when you realize how bad it is they’ve already got your money and you can’t get it back. booking.com has no way than anything to protect me against people like this. They don’t have a phone number to call or talk to or anything. I will never use Booking.com again or let any of my friends and I will post this on Facebook and Twitter

was clean but after a few hours I started noticing roaches EVERYWHERE! on the wall! in the drawers! on the night stand! a few crawled on the bed will never stay or recommend this place to anyone

THE WORST HOTEL IN THE CITY IT IS RUNDOWN BOARDED UP WINDOWS ROOF PEELING IN ROOM ROACHES EVERYWHERE SINK TUB AND BED FILTHY. DANGEROUS LOCATION TO STAY.

Nothing this place is nasty.
The tub is nasty spray painted a penny in the toilet the toilet paper roll holder was a straw. The light fixtures are broken no staff on duty locked the doors and went to bed in a room so when I was locked out of the room for two hours no staff to fins because they are in a room sleeping.

Not one single thing. The doors to the "lobby" were locked and it took 30 minutes for the drunk they have working as a clerk to come downstairs to check us in.
Everything!!! It was the sketchiest, dirtiest, bug infested "hotel" I have ever seen. Should be Hotel Hell on TV.

Roaches in bed, fridge, and filthy microwave! No cold water in filthy bathroom. Sink pipes broken water went everywhere, curtains were hanging. Was put on 3rd floor, elevator broken. I asked for room on first floor (several were ready) Was told to take 3rd floor room or get out!!!
NO refund after I tried to explain about the broken pipes, and roaches in the bed. Horrible, Horrible experience...
The roaches, the room was filthy, rude night staff. Room was NOT as advertised!!! No trashcans in room...
