- untidy apartment - missing clean towels - cold in apartment - leftover foods in the fridge - dirty sheets after previous tenants - we claimed via booking, the owner rejected everything There were two towels in the restroom, one dirty and the other wet hanging from a rack. There was a closet in the hallway where the towels were, but again wet, unfolded, and below was a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. It wasn't clean towels or a place. The rooms were cold. There was leftover food in the fridge - boxes of some chicken meat, open bottles of lemonade. The rooms were a mess, you could see someone walking around in their shoes. The bin was full of trash, it was an undressed bed - dirty bed covers, stains on the sheets. There were remnants of whiskers in the sink. The apartment was untidy, unprepared for us, we arrived with two small children at 8pm, we could no longer change our accommodation. For this reason, we want to refund the amount paid for the accommodation. Please show this amount or we will contact Booking.

Great stay! Apartment was great, really spacious and in a quiet area. Perfect for an overnight stop in Luton!

An extra few pillows would have been appreciated but that wasn’t a major problem and we all slept well
