Pool Area , Room, Location, and Free Parking

There was a power outage and no wifi, which impacted the day with portable speakers and TV, which only connected from wifi. From my experience with hotels, staff would compensate for any impact with guest stay. We reached out to staff and explained the poor experience with no wifi and that said "well let management know "(with no empathy) so I felt like they didn't care. I hope this feedback goes back to management since we love staying at the V, and hope to be been soon. If I don't hear back from management with at least an acknowledgement or apology email, then I'll reconsider coming back. It was a cute place

The WiFi was down so no streaming services were available when we checked in and room keys were not available at all during our one night stay. A staff member had to let us in every time we needed to go into our room

There was no TP… not even an empty roll like they, run out- there was just none, Anywhere…

Front desk was short, all business, not friendly or inviting, but also not rude… I didn’t care for the shortness.

As a disabled traveller, bathrooms can be a source of anxiety especially in different countries. This accessible room and bathroom was exceptional. Stylish and functional which doesn't often happen. Well done to the designer . Love it here.

The one thing that could be improved is the size of the bed . The room size was plenty big enough for either a large king or twins.

Over all, it’s like a motel 6 but fancier and extremely expensive

They charge you $30 Dlls for the use of overnight parking even though you don’t bring a car
