Clean Hotel, good location, good value for money

The name in booking doesn‘t match with the name on google. This made it nearly impossible to find the hotel, even it is right in the center of town. If Google maps can not find you, you do something WRONG.

Cheap! Well placed for the restaurants etc. Nice breakfast- lots of fruit and eggs. Nice coffee

Pool wasn’t on site. Room description was “ city view” Room had a large window overlooking someone else’s hotel room so we had no privacy at all and had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. View of the mountains from adjacent communal narrow balcony was nice. Rear of the hotel overlooks waste ground/ construction site.

Das Kopfkissen war dick und ist eher für Seitenschläfer geeignet. Aber es war wohl neu. Alles gut

We were so impressed with our stay at Sisaveng. The room is exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, effective AC, modern decor and a really good breakfast included in the price. We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful for anything we needed including new towels and extra pillows when requested. One of our party were injured at the time and they were really kind and had an accessible lift. We found the location to be absolutely perfect, so central to all of the restaurants and bars without being too close to hear the noise. Really recommend staying here!

One night of our 7 night stay there was incredibly loud music coming from some sort of event that was pitched up next to the hotel. Thankfully this was a one off and it was quiet every other night. The balcony was incredibly dirty but didn’t impact our stay too much.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location and lovely little breakfast that was included. Aircon was great and it was lovely watching the sunset on the outer balconies and seeing the hot air balloons fly over! Would stay again!

Very good buffet breakfast in a great location

The staff is very very friendly! They helped us with everything, they event went to the train station to buy tickets for us since everything was sold out. Also location is good!

It is very noisy during the night and the room was a bit dirty.

Rooms aren’t clean and facilities are old and aren’t comfortable. The staff aren’t professional and helpful. It was terrible stay of us.

À partir de vendredi soir, les voisins ont fait la fête jusqu’à très tard (02:00). Très bruyant.

Good location - it was close to restaurants/cafes etc. Buffet breakfast was served, which was okay.

Check in was unprofessional. Our bedroom was dirty, there was a pair of mouldy flip flops in the bathroom when we arrived, the wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when you showered everything in the bathroom got wet. Television, hairdryer, softer wall lights didn’t work so we had a bright ceiling light glaring in our face all evening. Balcony view was also of a car park on the ground floor. Property advertises a pool, but we did y see one the whole time. Overall, pictures on booking looked nothing like our room and we paid an extra £5 for a deluxe double room, but nothing about the room felt deluxe

We liked the location right in the center and 5m from bus stop in Vang Vieng, close to all shops etc. The views of the mountains from north side balconies and breakfast terrasse (5th floor) are great. Beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and good pressure. Breakfast was simple, but ok. Lots of potential.

Staff is a bit unwelcoming and weird, but they were alright in the end. We booked 5 nights and left after 2 and frankly should have left after the 1st one. We came back from our day to booming music again, it was 3pm so they did not want to refund that night. We left anyway. During our stay, there was constant heavy bass, ultra loud music all day long, till wee hours of the night. Horrible karaoke from place next door which hosts events (family dinners, weddings or whatever) is constant. You can hear it from everywhere on north side of hotel. Pick a room on south side and you’ll be sandwiched with property next door, 2m away. Maybe we were just unlucky. Maybe avoid weekends. But if you look closely, almost all the reviews of this place seem fake. All same dates, dot and exclamation point: red flag. NO POOL, its being built. Not the cleanest place either. We are used to travelling a lot, but that was really not a good experience.
