This hotel was nice and relaxing getaway.

Well done, Dolly!! We loved this hotel and will most definitely be back! The bus to the parks was so convenient and getting a fast pass was super sweet for our family on a busy day!

wonderful stay. everything so very organised and thought out from having filtered water for refills, to life jackets for kids at the pool, to having nightly smores for the kids. the hotel to Dollywood shuttle was so convenient rather than having to drive. would love to revisit again. only wish: option for a kettle in the room to make tea or at least have kettles available from housekeeping to borrow for the room.

HeartSong Resort in Pigeon Forge TN is amazing!! The amenities are wonderful! All of the staff were very friendly and made sure we were very well taken care of! Definitely will return!

Didn’t care for the security officer being rude to my kids who were excited to get in the hot tube! Only place I’ve been too that they didn’t allow any one under 16 in the hot tub or area! Will not stay again because they were so rude!

Self parking was a long way from our room. Very small refrigerator and no microwave coach very hard also

Really great place to stay and well worth the money if you are going to the parks. The extra perks are woth it. Only negative for all of Dollywood and Resorts is the food...there is not much healthy food. Very hard to find fresh vegetables and fruit.

I really enjoyed the stay with my sister and two young toddlers, ages two and four. We never had to leave to eat. I would highly recommend the pizza at Songbird. I probably went to all the eateries there and they were all fabulous - very sweet people and very hospitable. There were so many special things about staying there. The landscaping is exquisite…. Simply beautiful and it’s like they thought of everything to make your stay special… Keurig coffee pot with coffee and cream and sugar, ice, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, fresh raspberry lemonade, an amazing pool and water play for the children, fire pits, live entertainment, even saw fireworks from the bedroom window. it was very peaceful and relaxing. Just to tell you how comfortable the bed was — that’s the first time I slept through the night since I was a teenager. I would highly recommend staying at Heartsong Lodge!

Amazing hotel! So lovely and clean. The staff were brilliantand we used both restaurants and the food was delicious, along with the quick serve for coffee and treats. The pool was so clean and it was lovely to spend the day/afternoon relaxing. Would stay again and recommend to everyone

Wonderful hotel to stay at. Off the main strip so the grounds are quiet. Hotel is very modern and clean with many amenities. Can hear the train at Dollywood sound its steam whistle.

Its was a great experience...food was very good especially the breakfast...everyone was nice and friendly...beautiful resort...we will come back and stay a little longer than 2 days...the rooms were very clean and cozy...my family enjoyed it...poolside was lovely and we got to see the fireworks from the park...

Really great people and great place to stay

Lodge feeling and nicely done. Loved the shuttle. We had ordered pool food and had some drink charges added to our room which we didn’t make. Upon checkout the manager took them off immediately. Food was good at the pool and at dinner. Live music was a plus. My kids loved the s’mores and bedtime story. Loved all the extras added for families.

Beautiful resort . Dolly really does it right . The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the restaurant and bar , the friendly staff . Everything was 5 stars . We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay from the moment we arrived to the time we left … it was perfect. The trolley to Dollywood was so convenient and easy . We went to Dream More just to check it out I would recommend both resorts . Absolutely beautiful place.

Nothing dad a very great place

The staff was super helpful, rooms were very clean, I enjoyed all the activities that they had for little ones to do including movie night. The pool was so clean and so was the kids splash pad.

This is a beautiful resort, it’s perfect! There’s lots to do there and are close to Dollywood and the area attractions. The trolley provided to and from the park makes the trip even better. The coffee shop and restaurant in the resort are amazing. We will be back later this year, our new place!

New hotel..very nice, and family friendly.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and beautiful place. Only one issue was water pressure was very low and water didn’t get very warm

Beautiful and comfortable, staff made you feel very welcomed. Many spaces around the resort to relax and enjoy company of those you came with.

The only thing I did not like was the strawberry decorate. I ordered at the pool. The strawberry degree shouldn't come with line juice that should come with a strawberry.
