The pool area

The rooms were very old and not kept nice.

Everything met my expectations it was wonderful and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool!

There was no hot water.. We could not take showers after swimming in the pool for 4 hours. But we are locale and it was only a 1 night stay so we just waiting to take showers till we got home.

I loved that this property was in a central location and close to everything that we wanted to do.

Nothing that I did not like. The only thing that I would recommend is just a little bit bigger of a tv.

Was good last time I stayed last winter the rooms were out dated though and clean but not as much as I'd like. But this stay over the weekend was wow!!! they're remodeling,the room has wood floors now new stuff. Very clean did not find one hair in bathroom ( that is very important to me lol) both my boys loved the water slide one thing I would say the kiddie pool was a whole lot colder so my littlest one did not want to play in it as much!! But overall will def be coming back

The bed was terrible. Not comfortable and made lots of noise when you turned over and got out of it. I called the front desk but they didn’t do anything to help. We were there for our 16 year anniversary and if we could have afford to leave and get a different place we would have. You could hear every sound in the hallway and from the room s next to ours. It was after 1:00am before we could go to sleep one night due to the people in the other room. We will never stay here again and will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The 2 gentleman that was working when we checked in was very rude! Not friendly at all. The room was out dated and the carpet was disgusting. We didn't even take our shoes off thats how nasty the carpet was. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and our room was suppose to be a smoke free room.

Location. Was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Staff was very hesitant to give us extra towels when we needed them, we had to ask 3 times. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear just about everything that goes on, on either side of you.

The cleanliness and a lot of the games in the game room did not work. Only one elevator was also annoying.

smelled bad. mold growing in coffee pot. shower wouldn’t work. ice maker didn’t work. dumpster in handicapped parking.

The room was clean and well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. The location is convenient to a lot of the attractions. The discount at the Woodfire Grill is nice also when staying at the Grand Smokies Resort or you can walk next door to Cracker Barrel.

It was a bit inconvenient dealing with the construction that is going on in the main lobby. One day the main lobby was blocked off and had to use the service elevator. They do still only have the 1 working elevator in the lobby. Hopefully repairs to the other are included in the renovation. Going outside to get to the pool was a bit cold in the evening also. I'm sure that after the renovation, everything will look wonderful.

The location, the jacuzzi in room, clean, good parking, layout of the room, has an indoor pool that’s open till 1:00am.

Our first assigned room, 3034, had bed bugs in the bed when we went to lay down. called front desk numerous times and got no answer. We took one of the bed bugs (alive) down to the front desk (around 12:30am) and showed the man at front desk. He didn’t seem concerned and just said he could find us another room but all the rooms were full and there were no jacuzzi rooms available. So, he put us in a room with a kitchenette (we didn’t need) and that’s it. we stayed awake the rest of the night hoping there were no bed bugs in THAT room. I felt we should have been compensated because we didn’t get a jacuzzi room like we had. We could have went around telling the other guests about the bed bugs but we didn’t. So, up until then it was a really good stay and then it was ruined by an inconsiderate male employ, room unlike what we had come their for (Valentines Day in a jacuzzi), and no compensation for our inconvenience and fear of carrying bed bugs back to our home.

The location of the property was awesome. Close to everything in pigeon forge. You also get coupons for breakfast for the restaurant across the street.

We have stayed at this hotel several times but unfortunately now this facility has cockroaches. The lady at the desk said she would inform housekeeping, but housekeeping alone cannot eliminate a bug problem throughout the building.

Location was great.

The room they put us in was dirty there was packets of condiments on the floor next to the refrigerator, crumbs,and dirty blanket on the bed. It also had a horrible smell. So we had to go back down and request a different room. The second room smelled good and was clean.

We always stay for the indoor pool with slide kids love it.
