Modern up to date rooms

It was very clean throughout the property - it looks brand new. Check in and out were smooth and they were friendly. Unfortunately, the sound transfer is awful. It sounded like elephants above us past 1am. I called reception a few times to report. They said they tried to call them and no one picked up. Nothing else was done as far as I know. We did not sleep at all. We were also able to hear a crying baby from a few doors down. I just think they skimped on soundproofing. I’d advise not to stay here if you’re noise sensitive (the ac is also loud and you can hear noise from the cars on the main road - but the worse is from adjacent rooms).

Hotel is quiet and very clean. Staff are great. Very nice place to stay if in Modesto.

The front counter could have been friendlier when I walked in for check in. I had called previously to make sure I could do an early check in and they stated it should be no issue. When I walked into the lobby to check in, the ladies at the desk immediately seemed like they wanted to send me away. As soon as I said, “checking in” they replied quickly, “well we would have to see if there is an available room.” As soon as I stated that I already called to confirm, they changed their attitude and found me a room immediately.

Such a nice place. I prefer to stay in places that are not in the middle of the city in hopes it is quieter and cleaner. This place did not disappoint. Walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants. This is going to be my go-to place to stay when I am in the area.

Very nice hotel

I was happy to stay at a nicer hotel in Modesto. The room was nice, not as nice as I was expecting for a new hotel, though. The lamp at the desk didn’t work and the mirror lamp didn’t work. The pool was fine, not heated and very small, but there wasn't anyone there when I went to swim so it was quiet and no kids. The water bottles were $7 each so I didn’t even want to get a drink at the bar. I did like that they had a bar and food, but they didn’t have any breakfast or complimentary coffee or tea out. Better hotel then the Doubletree.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet. It made our not-so-fun weekend much more bearable.

New hotel, modern and clean. They do need to do maint punch items after building it, shower leaks, curtains don’t work right, typical of new builds until you work it all out. All in all, great hotel.

New construction, maybe open only a month. Friendly staff, excellent gym, clean room, inviting lobby, and easy parking. One drawback - drove past the narrow, weed covered access road between undeveloped commercial lots, missing drive into property. Had to circle back a second time. Entrance needs to be more prominent.

Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully. I would’ve rated excellent if they had complimentary breakfast, but definitely would stay again.
