Hotel is steps away from several places to eat and steps away from the RTD. Loved the location. Room and walk-in shower were great. Walls were a little thin but affected us at the end of our stay

It was great, mini kitchen, AC a bit noisy but it worked excellent, clean and very close to retails stores and local restaurants. Only complaint was noise from a construction site next door on my side of the hotel but definitely not the hotels fault, building should be finalized very soon judging the stage of construction. Also had a simple gym but effective if you know what your doing and very cool swimming pool with a water fall. I enjoyed the residence inn and would stay even if the construction was happening.

There was drag racing happening all night long and made it impossible to sleep even with a sound machine. The hotel is very nice however, Denver has gotten so bad. It’s just not worth going to anymore.

We had a studio and it was perfect. Great to have a big fridge and be able to stay in. The only con was the breakfast. No gluten free bread options, eggs were dry and the waffle maker wasn’t working. Staff was awesome.

Amazing stay EXCEPT for the construction right out the window of my hotel room. It was so loud & disruptive that I woke up 2 hours before I planned to get up.

lots of construction north of property. Shower glass divider in not big enough to keep water from collecting on the floor so constantly wet towels on floor to keep from pooling

It was a nice enough hotel but we had to check out after one day because they kept having trouble with the air conditioner thermostats. After one visit from a maintenance man that lasted 20 minutes, the air conditioner stopped working again and it was 100 degrees that day. Mgmt. went out of their way to compensate us, so I would totally recommend the hotel anyway. Excellent walkability score.

Neighborhood around is under construction, so there was construction noise during the day and a little bit of hassle in and out with the trucks for the construction site, but overall, a great to stay

They had a lovely continental breakfast with eggs, waffles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and more. Staff was wonderful helped with all our requests and had good information on local places. Pool is small and a little cool for my liking but great for kids and has beach walk in access and a wheel chair lift if needed!

The property is very nice and new. It’s located in a nice area with lots of restaurants. It’s about 15 minutes from the Mile High Stadium. Staff was helpful. Would stay here again :)

The air conditioning was not working!! They came in 2 times and said it was fine. Every morning for breakfast I had to knock on the door at 6:10 am to get it when it opens at 6;00.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The representative who checked us in had already moved us from the first floor to the fourth floor, which is always preferrable for us. When we asked for bed linen for our third person's hideaway bed, it was delivered promptly with a smile. Amazing!

Overall a nice place to stay. Clean, new, nice pool and convenient to old town restaurants. Unfortunately our room wasn't completely made up, didn't have bedding for the pull out bed, didn't have toilet paper or tissue. Had to go and ask for these. Decent breakfast and nice staff. Would stay again but hope they fix the poorly made up room situation.

This a new hotel which is located in an area that is being developed. We liked the spacious suite and felt comfortable, safe, and in a great location for getting around the area. There is construction around the area (early June) and you can see how the area is being built up. Excellent stay. Will likely return.

Right next to light rail station and the dining in old town. Very convenient! Construction noise was a bit bothersome in the morning, but not due to the staff or hotel. That will go away in time. This is a gem of a place.

We had a great stay in April 2024, but others were experiencing trouble with their rooms’ HVAC systems. Until that is resolved I wouldn’t want to stay there in the summer!

Great property in a great location. We stayed 10 days. Love the tram and bus stops close by.
Nice having a free washer and dryer on property. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with lots of options.
Only negative was cleaning staff does not speak English and need additional training.

Hotel was great… everything we needed and more on our trip into Colorado. Bed was comfy and the microwave seemed super powered for my husband’s popcorn.
Great place to stay with our golden retriever. Only downside was that our dog couldn’t concentrate on going to the bathroom with the construction going on.
