Christopher at the front desk was great!

It was labeled non smoking but it reeked of smoke.

No breakfast and it was loud the traffic was loud.There wasn't any hot water and the ice machine was broken, and no hot tea

The manager was rude to us and we are currently homeless but we paid for everything he says that we are not going to be able to rent a room from motel 6 ever again.

There was nothing to like didn’t get to stay in the room because my husband forgot his ID had to find other accommodations. Unable to cancel reservation.

When the guy asked for my husband ID which we didn’t expect he was rude about it and told us to go back home to get it and come back. SMH we were from out of town kind of defeats the purpose if we went home over 200 miles for just an ID. Then he rudely stated “He’s not allowed on the property” will never attempt to stay here and that’s sad because it’s closer to my family for us.

The location is fine and the employees are friendly, respectful and courteous. The facility is clean no trash around

The outside door of the room dirty and the room was dirty, specially the bathtub, floors with strong children urine odor and furniture dirty too. The tv remote control had food on it. Housekeeping came and cleaned after I requested X2 to be cleaned before noon. Then after it was cleaned I went over everything with desinfectante wipes. I have to sleep with mask and since is been raining I have to book two more days to do everything I need to do and staying in the same room.

The place is disgusting and smelled horrible. It was swarming with drugs and cops. Definitely not a safe place to be. Staff was indifferent, only as helpful as she had to be. The room smelled and was about the size of a shoebox.

The complete staff Management, concierge, housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful friendly and kind. Staff accommodates us as much as they can each weekend we rent here. Me and my spouse having been renting here every weekend for 7 months from 1 day to 4 days during the December 2022 holiday weekend.

Sometimes we are unable to rent the rooms we like here. Staff tries there best to accommodate us each weekend.

It was clean quiet and it had a mountain view staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will stay there again

The location is great, there are plenty of fast food places and grocery stores nearby. And the staff is exceptional and above, Beyond what their job duties require.

it was so dirty. looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. hair (not ours) all over the hardwood flooring. night stands and dressers were clearly not whipped down. bedding was dirty

Rollin shower was nice. Location was excellento.

Rough neighborhood. Very small bed and room.

Convenient for where we needed to be the next day.

Filth! Smelled like smoke therefore all of our clothes stunk. Had to get clean towels, remote for tv, ice bucket, soap, door didn’t shut well and window curtains were ripped down and screen torn off.
