Had to switch rooms. The room I was provided had the smell of bedbugs and when switched room it wasn't really much better

I booked a nonsmoking room but received a smoking room. Was told if I wanted a nonsmoking room I would have to put down a $25 deposit because someone lied to her about being a non smoker but smoked in the room. Was unable to use my tv stick with TV because the remote didn’t work properly with the TV. Also, air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air. Furthermore, I’m not sure how I ended up in 1/2 of adjoining rooms. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend that anyone does.

Looks like an old quality hotel which was sold and fell into disrepair as the area around it became less affluent. You have spacious rooms, marble top tables, and hardwood elevators. On the other hand, it was dirty, smelly, humid, smoky, with lights flickering everywhere (where there were bulbs) and appliances not working. Get the feeling the owners gave up trying to keep up appearances and get by on renting out to rooms for low rent.

They say the tv’s don’t work, but in reality, the service/signal is trash. The only channels that work are the news and the TV Guide. I didn’t have a fire stick or anything like that, so I was stuck watching cable news and my phone for my stay. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and they didn’t charge me for staying over when my ride was late picking me up.

The hotel blocked me for no reason and when I asked for a reason they didn’t have no I didn’t do anything for them to block me

This property is clearly in the midst of repairs from what I can only assume is major water damage. The room smelled moldy, there was visible mold damage, the carpet and chair felt damp, and there were bugs. This property needs to be completely shut down until it's actually suitable for guests to stay in.

Very good rate and more than decent rooms honestly

Did not stay. Room was located on 5th floor only access was a dirty old stairway.Room was very dirty stains all over the floor. Smelled of urine. Couldnt make it past the door with out gagging. Not even sure it should be operationable. Very serious health concerns. Should not be listed as available.

Never seen nothing like it before in my life no TV no nothing

The first floor lobby is leaking water into the floor. The floors are dirty. Got to the top floor and it looked like a horror movie with the lights in the hallway flickering on and off. The hotel room didnt have working lights and the bedsheets looked like they werent changed.

The room felt damp and we couldn’t figure out why until something fell behind the bed and the wall and floor were soaked .

T V didn't work, but there was a sign visible when checking in. But it's too bad that info couldn't be on their website. It didn't matter to me, but others might. A/C didn't work in the first room I was given, but they changed my room. Other than that, it was OK for the one night I wanted.

I'm not staying at this hotel

There was trash bags where i went.to get ice.....so much mold. ...they changed the nam3 and nothing else

no tv for 2 weeks

It was dirty horrible smell broken toilet had to be moved to another room. In the new room carpet was soak and wet by couch hotel should be closed for good

Needs deep clean

Could not even stay there, there was no tv to watch.. everything looked very old poor condition…asked for a ice bucket they do not have gave us a plastic bag for ice.. could not stay there went to another hotel… o was told that I would not be billed. Thank you

Do not go to this place it should be shut down w Holes in the big enough for my toddler to get in. Not cleaned since dont know when dead bugs in the tub. Stains on the chair couldnt tell if it was blood or poop i stayed for 30 mins and checked back out and they kept all my money and said they never took it. The frint person was rude to my children another family walked in i told them to turn around do even bother checking in

Room was clean, had microwave and fridge. Shower wall was in poor condition but water was hot. Bed was comfortable.

We checked out as soon as we saw the room. It was disgusting. I wish I could post photos. Dead and live roaches everywhere including inside the freezer. The light didn’t even turn on in the room and the boxspring had blood or some other reddish brown substance all over it. There were large holes in the carpet.

Staff was unprofessional, bugs right when walk through the door.

The first room we booked had bedbugs. Went down to the desk and asked for another room. The lady at the desk gave us two room keys and told US to check them and pick which one was clean. The first room we check also had evident bed bugs. The second room was bedbug free but so nasty. All the room clearly hadn’t been clean, the sheets still had hair and food bits from previous guests. We asked for non smoking and the entire room smelt like cigarettes and weed, the smoke detector was even covered with plastic. The third room (the bed bug free room) also had vomit on the wall and pictures. The tv was busted with lines down the middle. Unfortunately for me I didn’t realize they were connected/affiliated with Rodeway Inn (I had previous issues with a Rodeway Inn) had I of known, I never would’ve booked. I’ve never seen a non infested Rodeway Inn. It’s cheap, sure, but bedbugs are never worth it. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Extremely outdated. Paint was destroyed in 99% of entire hotel. Faucets leaked. Sheets stained. Broken remote for tv and broken microwave on floor. Significant stains in bathroom. Musty smell throughout hotel. 1 elevator working and took forever to work.
