Stayed before, great stopover for Caen Ferry. Staff Great, rooms Great, Super Continental Breakfast. Great, secure parking. Highlight recommended !

Arriving off the Ferry from Portsmouth late in the evening, the map was useless & hotel very difficult to find.

As a wheelchair user, the hotel was ideal. Facilities perfect. Bathroom very roomy with all facilities well placed and designed.

The hotel was easily accessible from Caen-Ouisteham ferry port, and the 24-hour reception made it suitable for a late evening ferry arrival. Good to have secure on-site parking (though we got one of the last places). Reception very helpful: on arrival we opted for breakfast and mentioned that one guest has a gluten-free diet, and they had food ready for breakfast. Pleasant and friendly staff. Very good breakfast choices - well worth the price. The hotel was modern, clean and pleasant.

It would be good to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room: but for a budget hotel this was an understandable compromise.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, helpful nothing was too much trouble. Jean Pierre's multitasking skills during breakfast were fantastic. Breakfast was very good value all products were replenished multiple times for guests Hotel was only 1.5hrs to cherbourg ferry & allowed us to have our dog in the room. Carpark was secure & if time to eat a meal had a restaurant next door

Had a non smoking room but previous guests had been smoking in the room - not anybody in hotels fault 😒

Comfortable and clean overnight stop

We stopped here for one night while traveling by car from Brussels to Brittany. Perfect for this. Good car park and a short drive to the town center. Very helpful reception. Managed to lose my wallet in the car park and it was returned by the staff.

The rooms were clean and the price was good. Plus we got a 10% discount to eat supper at the neighbouring restaurant.

Only one itty bitty bar of soap to wash and take a shower over 2 days! Plus to get to the hotel is next to impossible using the GPS of the car. The entrance to the hotel is from the back and on another street than the address of the hotel.

The friendly personnel, cleanlinesd, carpets in the bedroom, clean, fresh and carpeted staircase, very good value breakfast.

Room temperature was a bit warm in my opinion.

Breakfast erea was spotless and well stocked.

Location wasn't exactly pretty. But served a purpose.
