The apartment space was quite good. Netflix, internet, youtube.

First of all, there are no clear instructions for checkin. 3 whatsapp groups were made and added with 3 different people. I have no clue how to check in. A security deposit was requested separate from what was mentioned on Booking.com. The request for the deposite came when i arrived at the building. With limited internet access, no instructions for checkin were sent until security deposite was paid in full. I paid $1800 and booked the apartment for 3 days, and there were no amenities in the apartment. No coffee pods, no extra towels, no extra tissues, no extra garbage bags. No iron or iron stand. Had to request it, and they sent it after 2 days. The water supply was cut after 12 midnight. For 3 consecutive days. Management said it was due to maintenance. Upon asking other tenants, it was normal for the building to save water. It's been a week since I came back, and the security deposit has not been refunded since. It was $350 CAD. It was truly a stressful and frustrating check-in experience.
