The location was ideal and self-catering was made so simple, with so many extras included. A beautiful apartment. The view from the rooftop garden was special.

Although the instructions for entering the building and retrieving the keys were clear, there were no instructions about how to actually open the roller door to the garage. Perhaps it was obvious to some, but the thought of driving down a STEEP slope to the garage door was SCARY, because I didn't know if it would open. Our next error was locating the wrong lift to get up from the garage. The correct lift was not obvious, even though marked on the map. This caused all sorts of problems so it was stressful. The booklet in the room gave instructions about the keys when leaving, but omitted to mention that if you leave the key as suggested, you would not be able to get down to the garage or out onto the road. Luckily, I realised this. We did receive a message about it just before we left.

It was like walking into our home. Everything you could possibly need was there to make your stay comfortable. Bedroom. Comfortable Beds and pillows. Bathroom. All toiletries provided for and more. Including scales Kitchen. When hosts provide basic pantry items that’s when you know they care about their guests. Things like oil, salt and pepper. Foil, cling wrap and baking paper. Tea, coffee and sugar And do much more. All cookware and dinnerware very clean. I was so tired of walking into bnb with no sharp knives and terrible frypans that I’d actually bought my own. Laundry. Washing machine and dryer. Ironing board and iron. Detergent included Car park was also a welcome bonus.

It was a very secure lock box. Very detailed instructions. Don't forget to get your car out first before putting them back into the lock box or leaving them in the room
