great hotel, restaurant is A+

traffic noise, also the room was quite warm when we arrived. being a passive design means that things like blinds need to be actively managed during the whole day.

the location was good

no air conditioning, very noisy, room was stuffy, bed was overly soft and uncomfortable, hot. the only way you could cool the room was to open the balcony door, the street noise was unbearable.

We liked our apartment but not the stairs in our apartment. Everything worked well and it was very comfortable. Liked the view and the easy access to everything in the building, including the car park. Liked the safety aspects provided. loved the ambience in the restaurant and lobby. Loved the food in the restaurant. Loved the polite and friendly staff.

spacious room and cool interior design. location and parking are easy.

the lift is too small and dark. We had to walk outdoors between lift and room door. The buffet breakfast was below average.
