The breakfast was excellent hot and filling, my room was huge and very comfortable, the en-suite shower was one of the best with a waterfall head or a standard shower head making the shower a very good wake up for a sleepy head! I loved the period features and the fact it had a fridge.
A very minor point which the owner addressed was the filter coffee was a little on the cool side. Apart from that everything was more than satisfactory.

Everything, although one room we booked was a bit small but the other was great. It was clean and the facility was well-kept. It was walking distance to the town. There was breakfast available.

Location was perfect for the centre of town, traffic not too noisy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was great too, the best black pudding I have had in a long time. We will definitely stay again when next in the area.

The property was perfect. The house was so welcoming, Hazel so lovely, and the whole ambience was wonderful. Our room was spotless, very, very comfortable, a great size, and just beautiful. The en suite also perfect and spotless.
The beds were so comfortable, I just can't fault this accommodation.
Also the breakfast - excellent value for money, and freshly cooked, tasty and worth every penny.

the property was clean and well presented
it was very cold, breakfast for £10 was lacking 1 link sausage 2 rashers of bacon 1very thin sliced black pudding 1 very thin sliced haggis 2 poached eggs but bland a portion of tasteless mushrooms. on the up side the beans were ok as was the tomato.

Very comfy bnb. Clean and well presented. Close to everything in Elgin. Despite being on a busy street we found our front room quiet.
It was fair for the price so no complaints.
