The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. The city centre is within walking distance.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and delightful Host who was amazing .
I really liked my room , very comfortable and plenty of Tea and Coffee supplies.

It was very convenient and the room met the standards of the photos. The lady that greeted us was lovely and made sure we were alright. We didn't have breakfast in the morning.
The extractor fan when on was a little loud, but once light was off for 10 minutes or so it went off.

Very noisy as floors as all wood or laminate.
I requested provision for gluten free breakfast prior to staying but they didn't understand, Not a good place for coeliac to stay as possible cross contamination issues.

The room (no. 6) for three adults was a great size with plenty of room and seats. Much bigger than we expected from the photos. Bathroom was again large with a shower over the bath. Full cooked breakfast, toast, cereal, yogurt & tea or coffee was exceptional value at £5 each.
