Our stay at the house was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon arrival there were issues getting into the property. Once we changed batteries on the garage remote we were able to gain access. We found broken kitchen cabinets, a broken fireplace, and a window that would not shut all the way. On our first day we had a plumber show up unannounced. He ended up working on a spigot that required him to leave the water off for over an hour. There were two new hot water heaters but they only provided enough water for be hot shower. In a house advertised as 6 bedrooms that is in no way adequate or acceptable. When I contacted the property manager they informed me that they would be reaching out to the owner to inquire about a refund. I was given $700 off. In my opinion to not have the hot water work for more than one guest at a time should require a much bigger discount. The bottom floor had a severe discrepancy in temperature from the rest of the house. They provided a small space heater but for the amount paid per night these are things that you should not have to use to get by. Very disappointed in the up keep of the house. If you rent this property expect to have cold showers and a freezing bottom floor.

Amazing location with an amazing view. The house was absolutely perfect and had so much more than we expected. Easy trip to downtown abd way access to food and shopping.

We had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed. The way the house is set up makes it ideal for 4 couples to have their own space. Everything was clean and stocked so just what we expected. The location seemed great too, not too far from everything.

The best place in the best location. So many bathrooms, which with my brothers 4 kids, was so nice. I didn’t have phone reception which was expected in the location. Just beautiful. The adventure park was so fun and so close.

Everything was great with the exception of the checkout process. They send you an email with checkout instructions. In the fine print, they let you k ow you’ll be charged an additional $50.00 if you don’t transport your garbage bags out of the neighborhood, down a road the behind the fire station. You need an access code to get into the garbage out building, then another code to access the incinerator. Such a hassle. I had liquids from the garbage bags leaking all over the back of my new vehicle. Other than that, great property and location.

This property was amazing. So many bedrooms and baths. The sauna and steam room were great. Beautiful views. We had an issue with a smoke detector going off. Called and they came immediately and changed the battery. I would say it is 4 floors so if you have people who can’t do stairs beware as you have to do at least one set of stairs no matter which room you take. But such a great place. Can’t say enough nice things.

Awesome view, nice amenities, and a very convenient ski in/ski out location.

We were a party of 14 (7 adults & 7 boys ages 7-13). The house could not have been more perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. We had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We brought food and cooked all of our meals at the house. The Home again run was easy to get to. Our youngest boy had no trouble walking there. The sleds in the garage were a highlight for the boys. They loved sledding! The adults loved the sauna and the kids loved the hot tub. The location was great. The ones that took ski lessons said the instructors were amazing. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house! All 14 of us would like to come back!

The house was incredible, it’s close to anything you want to do or perfect if you just want to cook and hang at the house.

We are dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the house ( dusty under all furniture) .The house is beautiful and in a great location but it was not properly maintained and cleaned. It was not disinfected (it didnt even smell cleaned upon our arrival) especially now Covid spiking. The backyard is extremly small and jacuzzi is connected with another one next door. In order to use it, you have to first check if next door people using theirs if you dont want to sit next to some strangers. Backyard is hardly accessible if you want to let small children play outside. Also, one of the chairs looked terribly dirty which the property manager had promised to replace it as they purchased already a knew one but never showed up the next day as she promised. The bedding didn't even smell clean too. Overall the view and the ambience are beautiful, house has plenty of room inside, interior is beautiful unfortunately the house has not been cleaned properly especially after being charged for it.
