Amazing resort with beautiful pool and very comfortable rooms. Dekel (owner) and staff made sure I enjoyed everything, I had an issue with walking upstairs bc of the injury so they let me stay in a more expensive villa with no extra charge, which made my stay amazing 🙏🏼

Everything was great! Only a few minor things to note: - would love to have sockets and nightstands near the bed - and also small towels for face and hands

Schöne kleine Anlage mit schönem Pool. Lage nahe Fischer village, auch gut, Personal super nett und hilfsbereit, wir durften sogar einen late Checkout machen, da das Zimmer nach uns nicht gebucht war. Der Besitzer läuft ab und zu durch uns fragt, ob alles OK ist. Würde wieder kommen.

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos a pie de la walking Street Zona muy tranquila y personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Tuvimos un pequeño problemilla cuando estuvimos y lo solucionaron al momento. La zona de la piscina es genial y tiene un billar gratuito para poder usar.

Son detalles pero aquí los dejo. No dispone de posibilidad para desayunar en el alojamiento. El cuarto de baño no dispone de enchufes y, durante nuestra estancia, no nos cambiaron las toallas.

Das ganze Resort ist super schön angelegt. Es sieht sehr schön aus und man fühlt sich direkt wie im Paradies! Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Bett war bequem. Der Pool war super. Es gab sogar Schwimmnudeln und schwimmreifen, die jeder nutzen konnte. Wir waren insgesamt 11 Nächte dort. Haben 2 mal unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Außerdem ist das Personal total lieb und der Besitzer war ebenso freundlich. Er hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, dass sich seine Gäste zu 100% wohl fühlen und jeden Wunsch zu berücksichtigen und schafft es auch. Wir waren einfach begeistert, mit wie viel Liebe er das Resort leitet (:

Uns hat alles gefallen! Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, ist, dass die Zimmerreinigung, die jeden Tag gemacht wird, etwas oberflächlich ist. Aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau!

This is a great place to stay, secluded and quiet yet walking distance to the many bars and restaurants. It gave us a chance to kick back and relax in beautiful surroundings. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, welcome beers and early check in made our trip so memorable. The pool area is fantastic, so beautiful and we had double room with pool view. The villa was so spacious and clean, it was beautifully decorated and daily housekeeping kept everything to a high standard. The staff helped us organise motorbikes, laundry and airport taxi ! We were sad to leave the property, we wish we had longer !

Struttura nuovissima, con personale molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Camere moderne. Piscina perfetta e sempre pulita, e asciugamani disponibili.

TULUM Villa Resort in Koh Samui is a hidden paradise that took us completely by surprise. Despite being a newly opened resort, it already feels like a well-established haven. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by a beautifully designed space that radiated luxury and tranquility. The atmosphere here is incredibly soothing, and it set the perfect tone for our first time on the island. Our villa was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious and elegantly furnished, with a stunning living room and kitchen area that made it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom was cozy yet refined, and the bathroom had a modern, spa-like feel. But, for us, the real highlight was the balcony—so spacious and comfortable that we could easily spend hours there just soaking in the surroundings. What truly elevates this place is the staff. Their passion for providing excellent service is evident in everything they do. They made our stay and genuinely cared about our comfort, which is rare to find. Although the resort is still undergoing minor maintenance (expected for a place that just opened), it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Everything was kept immaculately clean, and the ambiance remained peaceful throughout. Initially, we planned to stay for five nights but ended up extending our stay for an additional week. TULUM Villa Resort has so much potential, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it soon becomes one of Koh Samui’s top destinations. I’d recommend booking ahead—it won’t be long before this place is fully booked. We can’t wait to come back!

The villa was new, clean and spacious, with a beautiful pool for customers to enjoy. The staff was extremely helpful, they took care of our clothes and brought them to the laundromat, giving them back perfectly folded and scented. We also had trouble on our check out as we were going to Ko Tao and some ferries were fully booked. Then the staff went to the pier to sort things out for us, finally getting us a high speed boat and a taxi to the pier. We felt like the resort was a hidden gem as it’s quite new and people still don’t know about it.
