It was a severely unsettling experience. Upon arrival Thanksgiving night, my sister and I entered the house and were immediately swarmed by the smell of mold. The bedroom walls and ceiling were bubbled. After about 10 minutes, we were so overwhelmed with the smell that we needed to leave as it was a great health concern. We contacted the owner with no reply and had to scramble to find a hotel room, which left us without the comfort of a home. After 48 hours, we received an automatic message from the owner, and there was no acknowledgement of the problem. We reached Booking.com and they couldn't even reach the owners for days. This property should not be allowed in the market for rental.
