Breakfast was excellent. Staff behind front desk go above and beyond in making our stay awesome.

The toilets are to low for older individuals. Need higher toilets.

The staff was able to accommodate my request for a room far away from the elevator. I was very thankful to get the rest I needed

Comode in room would not flush

The lady at the front desk when we arrived and when we left she was delightfully.

The room was to cold, the floor in the bathroom was dirt, the TV didn't work we had to call and have them fix it. Arrive 30 minutes before breakfast was due to be over and there was hardly anything left. Went to purchase a couple diet sodas at the front desk There were none to be had in the cooler. The Attendant did find one warm diet coke. It would been nice to get two and extra nice to have another choice besides diet coke, which isn't my favorite. I also felt the price the rooms were way to small. In hindsight if I had know all of the above issues I would have sprung for the Carnegie Hotel especially since the event we were attending was right next door. The only thing we would have missed the delightful young lady.

General manager very astute. On top of things. 👍💯 Employees very friendly & professional.

Housekeeping didn't vacuum halls at end of day. Carpets dirty in my hall both days I was there.

The jacuzzi tub

I arrived at 6 pm and my room was not ready and I waited til almost 7 to be put into a room when check-in was at 4pm. Also about 8:30 am I was in the shower and the person cleaning rooms unlocked my door and tried to come in- check out time was 12, there should've been no reason for an employee to just walk in my room til after checkout time, that was a little disturbing and very uncomfortable.

The breakfasts were wonderful with many choices and staff was amazing. Location was close to shopping, and many places to eat

Considering the almost $180 I paid for a room, breakfast was pretty basic fodder and the room was nothing special. Not inviting. Coffee was pretty good

Felt cheated by their version of premium cable tv. Commercials everywhere??!!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Husband ended up turning the chair to the side of the bed and propping up to get any rest
