The pictures on the VRBO website were not of the same condo I was staying in. The host explained there had been a miscommunication with the property manager. Additionally no wifi/TV for 1 week and the refrigerator was not working for the 1st 4 days of my stay. The bed was soft and extremely squeaky. I had to leave multiple times while repairs were attempted. I asked for a 15% ($25) per day refund for the days the wifi wasn't working. Even though the property manager agreed, I have not received a refund in the ~2 weeks since I left the condo.

1. Communication with property manager was frustrating due to response time and accuracy of information conveyed. 2. The garage access sensor and parking passes were not in the access lockbox as promised. It took repeated attempts to get any response as to when we would receive them. 3. We didn’t receive the garage sensor until our third day. We were forced to park on the street which involved working around street parking restrictions. 4. THE BIGGEST OFFENSE- On the evening of our second day, a letter from management was delivered to the apartment stating that the people we booked with were in violation of their lease for “subletting” the apartment. The letter was an order to “Cure or Vacate” the premises. We notified the contact person and sent a copy of the letter via text and never received a response. We felt compelled to contact our attorney to confirm that we had no legal liability and would not be subject to eviction during our stay. We were in town for a medical procedure which fueled our anxiety. Every time we went out, we wondered if our belongings would be on the street. 5. The place was not clean. Advertised as no pets however a cache of cat toys were under the bed, oily residue on kitchen cabinets, stove top and control knobs, food in the refrigerator/freezer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, grimy appliance fronts, urine around toilet, turn shower curtain and dirt under furniture. 6. No Internet access on their WiFi for three days. 7. The place smelled
