Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

We had to park in a parking garage which I'm not a fan of but it had plenty of spaces.

The room was very comfortable, the facilities were clean and felt modern.

The pool was closed, the gym was run down, not stocked on cleaning equipment, and somewhat dirty.

Location was excellent for metro access.

The location was excellent- near shopping and dining. The room was clean and comfortable and a lot larger than I expected. It was also very quiet. I liked that the parking garage was gated, it made me feel safe.

This hotel is well situated near shops and transit, although the metro station was out of service during our stay for upgrades. The staff was polite and friendly and the facilities were great including the large lobby.

The hotel is on a main road and as such there is a bit of noise from traffic but not enough to keep you up, at least on the upper floor where we were. Parking might have to be underground if the hotel were full but it was not during our stay.

Pool is closed to public use indefinitely. Many hotels are now doing this as a means to cope with loses by turning their pools into private swimming facilities. They need to remove the pool from advertising because I had booked this hotel mainly to be able to use the pool with my children.

It was a 9.9 out of 10. If the Pool would have been open IT would have been a 10. Wonderful Room, perfect located.

Wow! We needed a place to stay on a road trip to access DC on the metro. This hotel is right next to the orange line and the price and reviews all worked - this exceeded our expectations by far. Check in was by the most 'can do' and efficient young man - nothing was a problem and he was so quick. Parking was only $5 for one day and they held the place for us to allow for getting back from DC. Cleanliness and comfort was outstanding, nothing to complain about and in a lovely area. We were so impressed and would 100% go back.

Elevators were busy and slow. couldn’t use the stairs due to bottom doors were locked. Ice machine was not working on our floor

I do not like it at all. I do not recommend for anyone. They do not have breakfast, lotion and even complimentary water in the room. Stuff are not friendly. On the top of that they charge for the parking
